This is hands down my family's favorite Dunkin' Donuts EVER. Very clean, chic with modern decor inside, staff is incredibly friendly and personable. My family always feels highly valued and are treated like royalty! Such excellent customer service consistently. Now on to the donuts, this location has the freshest, most delectable donuts every single time we visit. A favorite is the vanilla creme filled donut that has the softest powdered dough pastry surrounding rich, fluffy vanilla creme that is heavily stuffed inside. Bagels are also very delicious, the cream cheese is always fresh. A very roomy interior with many places to hang out, cool seating areas, reminiscent of a mid-century airport lounge! Overall a fantastic place to visit when you have a craving for decadent donuts or want to chill!
After trying closer Dunks, this one is our fave! They do their jobs accurately, consistently, and personable, a trait not expressed in other stores. So we will continue to drive past closer Dunks to get to one that does it right!

This Dunkin donuts was just built. It is very nice and modern. Anyways I liked it. Except what my friend and I ordered was an iced coffee I don't remember cuz I don't ever have enough money. Anyways . When HE handed out our drinks. My friend asked don't these come with whipped cream and the kid replied , well that coast extra and closed the window. And she was gonna ask. Well can I pay the extra. But instead she dove off a lil pissed and she LOVES DUNKINS ICED COFFEES. LIKE I DO. SO I MEAN COOL BUILDING. KID NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS PEOPLE SKILLS A LITTLE. THE OUR Drinks WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER WITH THE WHIPPED CREAM
Been coming here and they always make my mini bagels correctly. This past time they weren’t even warm or toasted at all, I asked if I could please get them a little more toasty and the girl at the window named KASSANDRA right away got feisty saying that’s how them come because the cream cheese will melt , when I was literally there yesterday and they made them right. I myself work fast food and would never speak to a customer the way she did . Horrible customer service , right away started asking if I wanted to see a manager. I just wanted my bagels done correctly .

Got in the drive-through lane five minutes before they closed or supposedly we're supposed to be closed to see what they had available. All the lights of the business are on. No one would answer me at the kiosk to order... Nobody at either of the windows either. I thought they closed at 9 PM not 8:55 PM. Would not have caused them any more work... Just want to see what they had left and I was going to pay for them.

I use this location primarily for mobile ordering. And they are always friendly and fast. Donuts are fresh as well as the coffee which makes a difference. The mobile app offers good perks and makes it easy!
