I usually stop by this Dunkin’ every now and then, but today’s visit wasn’t great. It felt like the two people at the register were just switching around and not really focused. They were rushing me while I was trying to order, which came off unprofessional. The only person who’s always nice and professional wasn’t the one taking orders at that moment. They messed up the size I ordered from a medium to a large. When I asked them to change it, they just added ice to the cup and changed it. Not sure why they think this is okay or that I wouldn’t notice.

Coffee quality decreasing at this location! We love Dunkin and go often, but this specific locations quality is dropping recently. Over the past month or so the quality of the drinks has been getting increasingly worse. I always order the same iced mocha latte, but the mocha flavor has been getting less and less noticeable over time. The last time I went my drink was super light colored and tasted like it didn’t even have any mocha in it. It’s disappointing because Dunkin used to always be consistent with their coffee. But now I feel like I’m wasting my money and left dissatisfied every time. I guess I will try a different location and see if it’s better somewhere else.
Also, the hash browns are always super soggy and mushy which is gross. But this is a problem with all Dunkin locations.

After waiting five minutes someone told me they would be right with me. Then I order a dozen assorted donuts and she hands me a premade box of donuts and tells me to have a nice day. I called and she said picking out your own donuts for a dozen was different than an assortment of donuts. No customer service at all at this location.

I went and ordered three hashbrowns munchkins a doughnut, avocado toast, and a coffee and I was not given my three hashbrowns even though I was rang up for them and was not given my munchkins at all, and the girl who attended me was very rude

The food is NOT fresh at all. The manager Tara is so rude. Yelling at her workers in front of customers and having a very bad attitude. This Dunkin’ used to be good before this “new” manager. Place is very clean, but I’ve heard not great things about this Dublin. Never again will I go.

06/28 whoever was on shift around 12:30 pm was rude as hell me and my boyfriend were trying to order and she kept yelling at us to speak up and I get if it was truly hard to hear but she then says “i don’t know if you’re in the back seat or the trunk but you need to speak up” and not in a joking manner she kept talking over my boyfriend we should of just drove out of the line because of how rude she was but also when we got the drink we were chewing on sugar and the coffee was just gross in itself 0/10 service just go to Dutch
Worst service I have ever recieved in my experience with Duncan Donuts. They should reconsider who they have working the drive thru. They treated me very unkind and have no experience in deescalating situations. Find a new job if you are unhappy with your employment. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE wanting friendly service.

I ordered an iced capuchino and received a blended drink twice. I had my drink remade twice and it still wasn't right. I always order the same drink and no issue, today they are saying it's always been blended and not iced. Also ordered another drink which was hot and it was not even a full drink. 0/10 stars

I have never been so disappointed with (Dunkin Donuts) this location 😞 had a order for my employees, all 3 drinks came out bad. Please if you love dunkin donuts 🍩 please..
