I do not recommend anyone who DoorDash is to go to any Dunkin’ Donuts ever again because they put in some type of requirement and they will not give you the order until they quote” hear back from the customer and keep in mind. They’ve had lots of time I get here. It’s not busy or nothing there’s just this order is literally just sitting on the counter bag wide open. This person stuff is just sitting there. They have plenty of time to call the customer with no one in there when I got there they waited till I got there, asked me to contact the customer and if you’re a DoorDash or you know, the customers does not always answer the phone and they will not give me the order until they get an answer from the customer. I do not recommend anyone who DoorDash is to go to Dunkin’ Donuts. It wasn’t even just this one just Dunkin’ Donuts in general cause I’ve been dealing with this several times and the customers do not answer and then I get hit with an unassigned or I have to sit here and waste 10 minutes just so I don’t get hit with being unassigned

When I came into the store I was greeted by a very friendly person, who told me she would be with me in a few minutes. Another employee -wearing a cap- came to help me, she was rough and I felt like I was being a nuisance for her, she was just rough and I did not choose what I wanted; I felt she pushed me to decide quick what I wanted because she was in a hurry. I must say it's not the regular service I receive at that store.

I placed an online order not realizing they were closing early. I showed up a little after 5 and waited at the window so I could ask about getting a refund. The lady with the nose ring was extremely rude and basically told me to figure it out myself. I hate that this location is closest to my job- people who work here are typically very rude.

My coffee is never made right. I worked at a dunkin for a long time. I know how it's supposed to taste. Idk what goes on there but I'm not happy. Ordered today...not good. I order from this one because it's close to my work

Came here at 6:20 before school and watched the sunrise, the staff was really kind and my drink was ready within 3 minutes, and the music was great. Thanks dunkin staff💗
