The Dunkin’ Donuts I normally visit when I’m in town in Tucson I will never come here again as of today. That would be November 19, 2025. All I did was walk in to get a coffee and half a dozen donuts and they had just had a huge catering company come in and clean them out so they had have anything left so then I said I would just go to another Dunkin to get the donuts, but could I have the coffee. And they proceed to tell me they don’t take hundred dollar bills and the young gentleman said he was going to ask the manager if she could cash it for me because that was all that I had. And the The manager had told him no. I was unaware of that fact. He came back around, proceeded to make my coffee told me you would make it anyway and I asked him. Did you ask the manager she came around and was completely unprofessional completely negative nasty and bit my head off. And proceeded to tell me how they’ve been robbed four times and she doesn’t allow anyone to take anything over $40 on and on and on. As if that’s my doing or my problem or my issue. The young man was very Very nice and was gonna give me my coffee and the two donuts I did get free of charge, but I I was able to scrape up enough change and I had two dollar bills and it covered it which I was happy about. But completely unprofessional completely nasty assuming that my attitude was anything but totally innocent and asking because I thought he was asking her to change the hundred dollar bill so to be treated with such nastiness and commentary that I will not be coming back here. You handle yourself a little more professionally than that.

Robert was very impersonal and not friendly. We just came from being at the hospital all night and showed up a little before 6am. We did order 3 drinks and a good amount of food and about half way through ordering started saying the total price after each thing we ordered as if he was ready for us to be done which I find very rude. I don’t get how someone can work a morning job and not be personable to customers. That alone makes me not want to ever go back to this location.

Person making food was quite rude! Made my sandwich without bacon, then didn't believe me when I informed her. Had an attitude about remaking it. Asked for the first sandwich in order to throw it away and didn't even bother to check if it was made wrong. I'm not trying to scam anyone here, just want what I paid for lol. Doubtful that I'll revisit this location.

Y'all can you please tell me when you don't have the one donut I want instead of giving me a whole bunch of other donuts that I want to throw in the trash
I do not recommend anyone who DoorDash is to go to any Dunkin’ Donuts ever again because they put in some type of requirement and they will not give you the order until they quote” hear back from the customer and keep in mind. They’ve had lots of time I get here. It’s not busy or nothing there’s just this order is literally just sitting on the counter bag wide open. This person stuff is just sitting there. They have plenty of time to call the customer with no one in there when I got there they waited till I got there, asked me to contact the customer and if you’re a DoorDash or you know, the customers does not always answer the phone and they will not give me the order until they get an answer from the customer. I do not recommend anyone who DoorDash is to go to Dunkin’ Donuts. It wasn’t even just this one just Dunkin’ Donuts in general cause I’ve been dealing with this several times and the customers do not answer and then I get hit with an unassigned or I have to sit here and waste 10 minutes just so I don’t get hit with being unassigned

When I came into the store I was greeted by a very friendly person, who told me she would be with me in a few minutes. Another employee -wearing a cap- came to help me, she was rough and I felt like I was being a nuisance for her, she was just rough and I did not choose what I wanted; I felt she pushed me to decide quick what I wanted because she was in a hurry. I must say it's not the regular service I receive at that store.
