We come here weekly and everyone is super friendly and quick service, we can’t complain on anything! Bathrooms clean too, and locked so they don’t let just anyone in- which is good imo-

Where do I start? The fact it's Black Friday is irrelevant. The donut holes were good (hence 2 stars) but the vanilla latte was so gross I had to throw it away. It had way too much sugar and tasted like chemicals. I also bought their $6 meal deal - the bagel was okay, the cheese was not melted and there was only bacon on half of the sandwich. The croissant sandwich I ordered was smashed flat because they put they heavier items on top. It was a flaky mess. I will NEVER go back to this location and I'll get my donuts from a local (non chain) shop instead.

Just sat for 12mins in the drive through without moving an inch. I pull around and there’s NOONE between the order box and the window I dunno if you need a Spanish speaking employee to help that kid or maybe be intelligent enough to realize YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS IS AT A STANDSTILL BECAUSE YOURE EMPLOYEES ARE TOO DUMB TO ASK THE KID TO PLEASE COME INSIDE TO BE HELPED SINCE IT WAS SUCH AN ISSUE.
God these rich kids with families produce the worst workers.

Out of every time I go to the dunkin' donuts on 22nd and craycroft, 90% of the time they NEVER have the donuts that I am looking for. They are always out of everything. And I usually go through a list of about 4 different donuts, and they never have them. I don't understand if they just don't restock, or they simply do not care but it suck thags everytime I have to just drive through the drive through without being able to get what I am looking for. Sorry.

I love this location, but yesterday, Friday afternoon, November 1st at around 4:30 pm, I ordered a donut through the drive through. I was behind one car. I waited for about 10 minutes behind this car with no activity. Then, the attendant passed a drink to the driver. The driver then passed it back. Then I waited another 5 minutes or more. I think in all, I waited 20 minutes for 1 donut behind 1 car! It gets worse.
When I finally pulled up to the window, the attendant was standing to one side of the store from what I could see from my car. He seemed to either be taking the order of the car behind me or maybe, just standing there. He was the only one working. So I waited and waited. No acknowledgment was made by the worker, Finally, I just left. 30 minutes waiting for one donut that I never got.
Someone needs to know.

The lady working today just didn’t want to help me lol. Literally tried ordering 7 different flavors of milkshake because after each flavor I would order she would tell me she was out. Tried to order hasbrowns instead and she said she was out. Fine, donut holes. Nope, only option is blueberry. Absolutely awful customer service, I miss the old one in the ghetto on Grant.
