Girl at the counter is snotty and has attitude. No toilet in the bathroom in the morning and get attitude and no service when I let them know. I will not go back here. It's in bad part of town and that is the service you get and the way you are treated

Have no clue what's happened. Horrible! Total sassy and Im not sure if thats what they are trying to accomplish? I use to drive further to this Dunkin because it was fast and great service. Now I show up and half the time no one is at the counter and they come from the back half in street clothes like Im bothering them. Seriously don't know what happened. Sad. Came the other day and asked for all but chocolate munchkins and not sure if she was being funny but put all chocolate in.

Update: tried again, since last visit was horrible. Well guess what Dunkin, you still lack what you once had a monopoly on. So today we ordered, sourdough sandwich, bagel with cream cheese, crossaint sandwich and 10 munchkins,Sourdough sandwich had precut egg pieces, 1 piece of bacon cut in half, Bread was bad, egg pieces were horrible and bacon was literally a bite, bagel was so so, cream cheese was so generic it didn't taste like anything , out of crossaints so put on English muffin, wife was not impressed. Dunking good thing the munchkins were good. We were given munchkins first, then given wrong food. So non chillant about it. Beyond disappointing ... munchkins only now. DUNKIN YOU SUCK. Get your crap together or close...

Staff needs brushing up on their customer service skills. They barely talk let alone say hello. The attitude is terrible, I understand sometimes work is not pleasant but a better attitude goes along way.

the person that actually takes your order in the drive thru is a hit or miss if they are going to be kind, but the person at the window is very kind (which is confusing). overall a great place to get coffee and breakfast

The chicken wrap.,, nasty…. The snackin bacon was cold like it’s been sitting for hours. The butter cookie latte wasn’t even really sweet and the only thing I enjoyed was my queso hash browns. Very disappointed
