A young woman named Raven took my order and drink and y'all, that was the best customer service experience that I've had from a Dunkin Donuts to date. My drink is a little complicated yet Raven got it perfectly. She was also very friendly and professional! Thank you Raven!!

Good food and prices. Coffee is good too. Service is great. But they run out of plain bagels sometimes :(
Was told by an upper employee in the drive thru line they no longer sell a certain type of donut anymore per corporate office, so I went to a different Dunkin location & got that same particular donut that was “Discontinued” w/ no problems
The time spent in the drive thru is long!
This location….. Trash
I am so disappointed in this dunkin' donuts time and time again that I had to post a review. I have a 2 year old who chooses to come here every Sunday after church. No joke, every Sunday we are disappointed in their selection of donuts. Church is over at 10am and we get here shortly after. I don't know if they stop making donuts at a certain time or what but they are continuously out of maple, Boston cream, and even sprinkle donuts and many other flavors most of the time. To make it worse, there are only a select few employees that are friendly, most of them have slight attitudes and a few were even straight up rude. If you want an actual selection of donuts it's honestly worth it to drive to the next nearest location because 9/10 times they will be out of most donuts at this location. Dunkin...please do better.

The last THREE times we've been in, our orders have been wrong. We even placed the orders online. One of the times, they made my order with meat and I'm a vegetarian.

I went to the Dunkin on Tanque Verde about 630pm on July 20, 2025. Both employees that I interacted with were very friendly, one at the window and one when ordering. The donuts were great and it was the end of the day. I appreciated that. I was also offered what variety of donuts were left to choose from band a variety of drinks. Thank you!

Fastest wifi upload speeds in Tucson. Basically a cyber café
Missed AND inaccurate items (including an allergy issue) - I placed a mobile order for drive thru through the app that included two drinks as well as multiple food items. When I picked up my order the sealed bag felt very light and I specifically asked if the drinks were in there. And I was assured that they were. I pulled out, parked, and checked my order (after struggling to open the sealed bag that looked like it had been sealed by a two year old). Iced cappuccino was missing… I went back through the drive thru and explained. They didn’t apologize but said to pull forward and they’d make it. After waiting a bit (with food getting cold) someone came to the window and said they were out of skim milk (part of my original order) so I asked for oat instead. So I assume they didn’t initially include the cappuccino because they were out of skim milk??? Mind you, I’d already been charged for the missing drink and nobody told me (when I had SPECIFICALLY asked if the “drinkS” were in the bag) that they were out of skim. And the app didn’t indicate that they were unable to fulfill the order as requested. Anyway, it ultimately got resolved and I went home. Later, I went to eat a munchkin (also part of the overall order) and saw that they screwed those up too. I had specifically requested (I double checked the app) 5 chocolate glazed and 5 regular glazed. I got 4 chocolate glazed and the rest were powdered and blueberry. Problem is I’m allergic to berries… And once AGAIN, nobody had said anything to me/asked about making any substitutions… I then gave all the donuts to my mom. My experience at this location was a freaking joke! I submitted a survey before realizing the issue with the donuts so then called to speak with the manager and was told they were gone for the day. I’ll be calling back tomorrow because food substitutions (assuming that’s what they did w/o asking) should NEVER be made w/o asking in case there’s an allergy issue! Never going back.
They refused to give me free food even though they gonna throw it out anyways bru 💔🥀
Asked to pay for a small coffee cup of whipped cream for my dog, literally offered to pay more for it and the manager acted like I requested state secrets. They give out a thimble-sized ‘pup cup’ and refuse to do anything else, even though every other location and coffee shop on Earth manages just fine. Like, chill. It’s whipped cream, not liquid gold. If you hate dogs just say that its not a huge ask.
I went inside the store and I was told we will be with you right away. I waited 10 minutes and I asked what is going on. They said we have 7 drinks a head of you. I told them I am only getting 6 donuts. They replied you are going to have to wait till we get these 7 drinks done a head of you. I will never go back to this store or any other dunking donuts. I ended up going to Bosa Donuts
