I visit this place many times on my commute to work....Today I was treated RUDELY by Server....Sorry your Co Worker have topics to discuss but #1 Customer Service is Priority and if your UnHappy or have Issues as I overheard abt co workers discuss it when the windows closed, #2 Don t be Yanking my card out of my hand Nor Slam the window, # 3 Just Cause YOU ARE IN The "UPPER CLASS" Area Do Not ASK YOUR CO WORKERS HOW A PERSON WITH MY SKIN COLOR( IM NATIVE AMERICAN) HAS A CARD TO PURCHASE? NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS SPOT. I IGNORED IT FOR TWO DAYS BUT TODAY I DREW THE LINE! I GET BETTER SERVICE IN MIDTOWN(Campbell and Grant area) and (Grant and Freeway area) Not only that but when I opened my bagel and cream cheese it looked good but when I bit into it and opened it there was cream cheese only in the tiny hole of the bagel to make it look like it was filled!! Sad Company that allows Employees to Snub people and jib them for their hard earned money!!

The food is fantastic, when I actually get what I order. When it’s delivery, I never get the right food item. When it’s in store, my drink is usually messed up (which usually isn’t a big deal, it’s very rarely anything more than just putting whip cream on my dairy free coffee order).

I have never been to a Dunkin' with such rude staff and poor service. Multiple employees and the manager on duty looked at me as I walked in and waited patiently to order and then ignored me for over then minutes, chit chatting among themselves about their personal lives. It was only after several more people eventually walked in, I was rudely asked "What is it that you want?" and employee did some variant of this to everyone else in there as well. Acted like we were all a massive inconvenience and nuisance that interrupted their conversation. Was then told to go to the last window/station, to pickup my order, only to be angrily berated by another employee minutes later who brought my stuff out to the front counter I was originally at and started going on about how no one knows how to listen? I waited around and seen them do this same thing to other people, until someone finally got mad and yelled back at them, then they knocked it off, but seriously, what is going on at this Dunkin? So unprofessional, rude, and not to mention, everything seemed days old? These doughnuts were hard as rocks, coffee was stale, nothing positive here.

This review is for DD products and not necessarily this location. After seeing a commercial for a sausage egg and cheese croissant I wanted to try one. I bought 2 and brought them home. This is probably the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The croissant was flat a doughy, the egg and sausage looks like it was created in a lab, and the taste was just horrible. We threw it out after 1 bite. I’ll never understand why so many people frequent this place, I’ll never go again.

I order on the app because Dunks out here don’t understand Dunks lingo from East Coast when ordering. A few of the ladies now know me and that helps with consistency on getting a good coffee when ordering. Although I do suggest adding the seasonal PB flavored coffee, haven’t found it at any location in Tucson. With mocha swirl it taste just like a Reese’s PB cup ? I don’t order food because there is no option on the app to get cream cheese for my muffin. I only order cold brew. The original blend is very weak and watery most times.

I drove through looking for a nice latte and donut for a mid week pick me up. I was met with an extremely rude person taking my order. I am from WA state where drinks are commonly ordered as the size of the cup (rather than S/M/L), so when I asked "do you have a 12oz iced cup?" her response was "I have no idea what you're talking about", then when I asked for a "small double latte" she responded "I don't have that" ...she was short and had a condescending tone throughout the entire interaction. As a manager in the service world myself, I would NEVER hire this person... I have worked in the service industry, was a bartender and barista for 6 years, I get it! Things move quickly and customers do not always have a good attitude! It takes quite a lot for me to write a bad review but this experience really turned me off and I will not be returning to this location. I am writing this review so that management can tell "Shawna" to really change her attitude, and if "Shawna" is in a position of management, I highly suggest some customer service training for you. Thanks a lot!

Handed scalding hot coffee with the lid not all the way on, fast forward to 2nd degree burns all over my hand after said cup exploded when handed it via the drive through. The manager simply said "I put the lid on correctly, you must hav squeezed the cup". I get coffee there 3-4x week despite the attitude of staff being atrocious (except one younger girl who works there occasionally), but at this point I'm not only not going to return but will consult small claims court this location if not made right by a full car cleaning and some sort of reimbursement for what will be a week of dealing with massive blisters on my hand. I assume the owner doesn't read these given there are no responses to the dozens of 1 star, but I'd encourage they read this one.
Not sure what Tanya’s issue is but perhaps a non Customer Service role would be better.

Went to order a Signature Pumpkin Spice Latte Saturday at 7:30pm and they already cleaned the espresso machine and she offers me a coffee!! She said they close soon so they’ve cleaned the machine already! What? Really? If you close at 8:00pm then close at 8:00, not 7:30!!!
