I wanted to tell the server that we don't have any donut shops where we live and that this was a rare treat for our kids back at home as her attitude made sure we rushed because she had something to get back to. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel appreciated but, I wasn't feeling any of that. There was only a few different doughnuts available when we went (I would say less than 10). So, it was just ok.

Never going back. I went to this location early. First, I was misquoted the price at the drive thru. Then when I questioned the higher price at the window, the young girl was sarcastic and snippy. Horrible customer service at the drive thru and at the window. Plus, the donuts were dry and looked like they were a day old. If you want to be mistreated and have them get your order wrong, this morning crew of girls is for you.

They misheard my order at the speaker wich happens. They tried giving me a late at the window instead of a Carmel craze. I clarify at the window Gabriel the worker turns around and comes back a minute later. WOW such fast service. Nope. He just put foam over it and called it a day. I didn’t check it cuz it wasn’t for me till I was already 15 min away. Real cool of him. Lazy worker couldn’t take an extra 5 min to make the drink.

Went today in the morning & definitely will not be returning to this location we had a few mess ups with our order had to go back in to ask if they can fix it we instantly got attitude from the girl working register as well as dirty look from the workers preparing drinks and food
