Clean, and fast. Customer service was not rude but severely lacking in customer service at the register. Maybe the guy was new, idk. It's still a great place to take the kids into for an old-fashioned ice cream trip.

I feel bad for not reviewing when I had a good experience of this place. Usually, during the day, the food and coffee is good. I even had Dunkin earlier today and everything was good. But it might be my fault for wanting a decaf after 6 in the afternoon. The coffee was horrible, I took two sips but I couldn’t drink it and I threw it out. Unfortunately, I haven’t received receipt from this place in the many times I’ve gone. The assorted munchkins were at least good enough. The cashier also stayed silent, neither a hello nor a goodbye. The other times during the day though have almost always been polite and kind. Maybe it was just a bad night.

Slowest rudest workers in the world. Don't even bother going in the store cause you'll just be ignored as long as there's a car in the drive through. Cause all 5 employees have to work on that one order.
For 2 days in a row, I've mentioned that I am allergic to coffee when I order my Chai Tea. This tells me that they are not using a new stirrer every time. Today finally got a result, a migraine.
