I received a coupon for A dozen free donuts directly from Dunkin’ Donuts in my email when I took the coupon to this location they said that they did not send it. It was a scam and denied the doughnut. I will not go to Dunkin’ Donuts again. This is sad that someone from their organization would send that out. I took my time to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts and then I was not given what they sent out as a free offer. Poor Service!!.

Dunkin Donuts are not the same. They don't put hardly any filling in the donuts anymore. Especially for the price they charge for a dozen donuts. They were much better years ago. It's to bad. I dont think I'll be going back there anytime soon.

Hashbrown order with meal only had 6 round hashbrowns in the bag. Not even half full. My queso hashbrowns had cold queso sauce on them and the cup they come in wasn't even half full!!! This was my first time back to Dunkin in years and I am now reminded why I've stayed away. 🙏
These kids that work here need to pay more attention on what people are ordering. Multiple times have I had to repeat my order to them more than one time in a single drive thru order. Every time I order a god damn chocolate glazed donut they always give me a chocolate cake donut. Just pay attention!!!

I've been to this location on Harrison several times, but today will be my last. 4 employees working, 3 of which noticed me waiting but absolutely did nothing to acknowledge the one person in line, but did their best to pretend they were too busy. 3 cars in drive-thru and all 4 employees acted unconvincingly busy. I've worked customer service for over 2 decades and this was absolutely pathetic customer service.. Too bad there isn't a negative star rating.
