I’m in Tucson visiting my father, and every time I’m here, I try to pick up his favorite treat—Dunkin's toasted coconut donuts. On my last visit, I checked two different stores and couldn’t find a single one.
This morning, I went out earlier and finally found a store that had just one left. I must have looked a little disappointed because the cashier noticed and said, “If you have 3 minutes, we can make some more.”
What an amazing gesture! She didn’t have to go out of her way, but she did—and it completely made my dad’s day. That small act of kindness meant a lot. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This location does not care about the customer. They will give you random doughnuts you did not ask for when they are out. If they are out they will even just not give you doughnuts, shorting you for what you paid for. I have ordered a dozen and there was only 8 in the box. Manager is rude and throws a fit when you ask her anything. This is the fourth time.

They no longer serve chocolate long John's aka the number 1 selling donut nationally across all chains. I was forced to buy they heart shaped donuts because they decided to make them all heart shaped if it's filled despite the fact I hate valentines day. The heart shaped donuts are also much much smaller than their normal shapes so I got cheated out of my money. The donuts are over priced $16 for a dozen which makes sense given the huge amount of employees doing absolutely nothing but standing around taking a pay check and jacking up our prices while having fun girl time drama talks during work while not working at all.

The prices are a bit crazy for what you get. My god, they're donuts! They are always out of quite a few kinds of donuts and munchkins,no matter what time you go in. What happened to :it's time to make the donuts"??!! Lol The app is not very user friendly either.

She is such a sweet girl, always smiling and so kind, no matter how busy it gets. Her smile lights up my day every time I see her. The world could use more people like Zoey. Bless her sweet soul!

Do not order through doordash. First dunkin didn't give us the donuts we ordered. The small hashbrown only had three hashbrowns in it. The coffee arrived spilled. The grilled cheese was burnt to oblivion. Had doordash process a redelivery, they did not process the grilled cheese or coffee. Then dunkin out of stocked the donuts so all we got replaced was a small hashbrown. I won't be ordering from here ever again

This review is based on customer service only. Niccole was not very customer service friendly. She didn't know the price of the cream cheese nor did she tell me how much it actually was. A whole $1.50 for a 1.5 ounce. She forgot my Boston creme in my order. I asked if we could have milk from the big jugs in the back and she said no. Even though they will use that milk in mix drinks like lattes and despite them being out of bottles of milk in the mini fridge. Who doesn't want milk with their donut? She didn't seem to care about anything. Not a good vibe for the holidays. 12/3 around 9:55am. Thanks for the unhappy wake up call. 🤙

I enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts, original coffee beans, but this is not where I can buy them as they are almost always out of stock. They claim the store cannot order more supplies as Phoenix's company controls it. It’s hard to imagine the food being fresh as they get one delivery each week, Saturday at 3 AM. I usually find the service at the counter to be annoyingly slow. I get the impression people are running around bumping into each other. I have been a Dunkin’ Donuts customer for years, and I have purchased from the stores across the United States. I have never found a store as poorly run as this one.

Laura (I'm not sure if that's how she spells her name) is the absolute highlight of my day when I visit at 4 am everyday. I will forever stay one of her regulars. She always goes above and beyond and she's the sweetest person I met at Dunkin! She even remembered my favorite donut. She's a blessing to me every single day.
