Hashbrown order with meal only had 6 round hashbrowns in the bag. Not even half full. My queso hashbrowns had cold queso sauce on them and the cup they come in wasn't even half full!!! This was my first time back to Dunkin in years and I am now reminded why I've stayed away. 🙏

These kids that work here need to pay more attention on what people are ordering. Multiple times have I had to repeat my order to them more than one time in a single drive thru order. Every time I order a god damn chocolate glazed donut they always give me a chocolate cake donut. Just pay attention!!!

I've been to this location on Harrison several times, but today will be my last. 4 employees working, 3 of which noticed me waiting but absolutely did nothing to acknowledge the one person in line, but did their best to pretend they were too busy. 3 cars in drive-thru and all 4 employees acted unconvincingly busy. I've worked customer service for over 2 decades and this was absolutely pathetic customer service.. Too bad there isn't a negative star rating.

service was very poor, we had to repeat our order 3 times. when we finally got to the window they got our drink wrong even after we repeated 3 times, and on top of all of that we got only 2 napkins and no receipt. 3.4/10

Very angry, mean, horrible attitude from workers and using milk instead of oat milk as was ordered, people have allergies and can sue this place for negligence and ignorance.
Ripped me off by giving me a cheaper item than I ordered. Wrong item.

Usually would get a good review but today was not one of them. I tried to call them to warn them about expired food they are serving to customers with mold but no answer I called 4 times. We order the pumpkin loafs and my husband's has green mold on it. Had my son to nervous to eat it and now im not sure if mine was supposed to taste the way it did. His said Aug 21st on it. That's two weeks.. one of ours was defrosted on Aug 28th and something word on the 31st. Im like sounds fishy. I miss the muffins never had issues with the pumpkin muffins.

I’m in Tucson visiting my father, and every time I’m here, I try to pick up his favorite treat—Dunkin's toasted coconut donuts. On my last visit, I checked two different stores and couldn’t find a single one.
This morning, I went out earlier and finally found a store that had just one left. I must have looked a little disappointed because the cashier noticed and said, “If you have 3 minutes, we can make some more.”
What an amazing gesture! She didn’t have to go out of her way, but she did—and it completely made my dad’s day. That small act of kindness meant a lot. Thank you for going above and beyond!
