6:04 am 12/01/24 Unfortunately, another $17.12 wasted for a dozen donuts early today. Several stale bavarian creme 4, jelly donuts 4 so full it exploded everywhere on clothes 1st bite. Glazed, sprinkle & cinnamon coffee rolls ok. If a fresh Donut isn't available at 6 am then when? Had a similar experience last month at this same location.

Today at 12:30 I sat at the drive-through speaker box for nearly 5 minutes. Nobody said anything to me. Nobody apologized for the wait. So I proceeded to pull up to the window, hoping I would be able to place my order there which I did however, there seems to be one manager in particular who seems to lack priorities and Customer Service skills. I am a manager for a restaurant with a drive-through and if my employees let a customer sit at the drive-through box for five minutes I would put them on a final. It was just rude and inconsiderate.

A pretty standard Dunkin shop. It gets really busy in the morning hours, the drive through is the worst, not their fault...it's the impatient, inattentive doughnut lovers who make it a challenge, but also the lobby can get hectic. They have the luxury of being the sole "gathering spot" in the area, but do a good job of taking care of their customers.

The leather chairs have holes in them, they NEVER mix the matcha into the latte.....And if my family didn't like it so much I probably wouldn't go here every Sunday before church. They have made us late on more than one occasion because staff fail to complete our order or take our order incorrectly. They're not kind about it either.

I used to love doing Dunkin runs, but has the iced coffee always been this bad and watered down? I got one with extra cream and caramel, and it barely tastes like anything. I have to make the drink cost nearly a dollar more for it to even taste like the flavor advertised.
the freezes and donuts (I think the donuts are smaller now I don't know for sure) are still good at least, but I just feel like quality has dipped along with the rise in prices. also fix your upholstery; the chairs are ripped up and you're missing a set of them + a table.
Very rude disrespectful and impatient drive through workers. Will not be coming back!

Face planted my Boston Kreme ontop of all the donuts in the bag, and you have 1 person out of 5 making all the coffee. Drive thru was backed up so I went inside & the drivr thru was cleared when I got out. Manage your team

Been coming here since opening a few years ago. I once loved it. Other options in the area with a better overall experience these days. Inside this location needs a good cleaning and replacement of worn furniture. Quality of handcrafted drinks aren't consistent. Good, not great.

Service and the drinks were great, but when I walked in, it smelled like a dirty mop, hit me in the face a little bleach on the floor wouldn’t hurt.
