I asked for a special request that they said they could do. What I received was awful. They should be embarrassed they sold these. They should have called and said they didn’t workout and offered regular donuts. If I picked these up instead of my son I would have asked for a refund. When I called all they said was they tried. Not a great experience or customer service.

We stopped here on our way through town to grab our favorite latte. I wish I knew the young man’s name who waited on us because he gave phenomenal service. The place was clean and lots of parking. Highly recommend.

Went once before and it was fine. This time waited over 10 minutes to get a sandwich and donuts. Noticed while waiting the place is very dirty. The donut I grabbed out of the box was also dirty where a gaping spot was torn off of it. Then noticed the bacon on my sandwich was burnt as it fractured at the crust when I picked it up. Donuts worse than the nearby competitors and cost 20% more. Will NEVER go back.

staff here is WILDLY mismanaged. i’ve had orders not come out 30 minutes after they were scheduled to be ready. drive thru is always a few minute wait before someone actually acknowledges you to take your order. lines are always long, not because the place is busy but because staff is that slow. the food will be burnt, the coffee will be poorly portioned.
by the way i wrote this whole thing, first draft, final draft, proof read while having moved 1 space in the drive thru line.
Upon turning in to the parking lot to get my order through the drive thru that I placed 15 min prior for an ASAP pickup, the line was out to the street. It’s pretty popular in the morning! I, instead, go inside to get my order only to see a line in both pick up and order areas. The Dunkin team was scrambling and screaming at each other behind the counter all to include “I can’t take two orders at once” and “I’ve got a line waiting that haven’t even ordered! I can’t do that!” The other customers waiting would continuously roll their eyes and say they’ve already been waiting for 20minutes. I had to get to work, so I ended up cancelling my order because I did not anticipate them getting to my stuff anytime soon. I was in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes and the lines did not move, but the arguing behind the counter continued. I understood, especially in the morning, that it can get crazy with customers on their way to work! This review is more so to reflect on the customer service and lack of teamwork. I hope it all works out soon.

I don't understand why they call it a donut shop. I've been to this Duncan's multiple times. I've been let down because they don't have any donuts I don't understand.;(

Staff is nice but they always have limited selection. Ive never been in here when they have more than 1 munchkin selection - regardless of time of day. Their bottled drink selection is also limited. They make the specialty drinks fine. Not worth stopping at in the year ive been trying to go here.

Service has gone downhill... The building has major panel damage all over from monsoon season... So plenty of time to fix but nothing looks to be done.
And all new people and a new manager with literally zero people skills.
I go for the coffee.
