Don't go here it's terrible

Service has gone downhill... The building has major panel damage all over from monsoon season... So plenty of time to fix but nothing looks to be done.

And all new people and a new manager with literally zero people skills.

From the moment I started my order at the drive through I was greeted with awful customer service. I asked for a coffee and when asked if iced or hot I said one second let me ask. She immediately responded with “HOT OR ICED” in the rudest tone. I said I’m asking give me a second and she said “sorry. I then continued my order and one of the items I ordered, 25ct munchkins, was unavailable and after I said “oh man” as I looked for something else to get the employee said they would have some ready in 10 minutes. I said okay can I get that, and finished my order. At the drive through window the employee barely said a word to me and kept giving me weird looks. She handed me part of my order and was ending the interaction when I asked about my munchkins. She then asked someone else who yelled “tell her to pull around” I pulled around and within a minute or so of waiting I was handed a little box and told “they’re in a box because they’re sticky”. At this point I was frustrated with the service I received and just decided to go home with what I got. Once I arrived home I took a bite of one of the munchkins and found that they were ice cold and I received only 13. I checked my receipt to find out I was only charged for a 10ct when I ordered a 25ct and again, ice cold. I decided to call and speak to the manager and explained the entire situation. She apologized and told me to come back down and they would give me a 25ct of munchkins and a free drink. I go back down and ask to speak with the manager and the employee apparently was not able to hear me so he stated me dead in the eyes and yelled “WHAT?”. I again asked for the manager and was told there wasn’t a manager on shift. I explained to the employee that I just spoke with a woman on the phone who said she was the manager and asked me to come in. He said “oh, that’s our acting manager Abigail” and proceed to get her. She did not come over but instructed the employee on what to do (I could hear the conversation). He then came back with a tray of munchkins and said this is all we have (chocolate glazed) I said that was okay and asked if they were hot. He then looked at me confused and said “you want HOT munchkins?!?”. I said well I want ones that are not ice cold like these and showed him what I was given. He looked at them and said they look like they’re from the same batch and said “I’ll test one and see” and proceeded to grab one with the parchment paper and eat it. With a mouth full he gives me a thumbs up that they’re good. He then counts out 25 into a box, one of which his fingers touched. After he boxes it up I asked for the actual managers number and he says he doesn’t have Wills number and goes to ask Abigail. She informs him they don’t give out personal numbers (which I didn’t ask for) and he comes back to me and tells me what she says “we don’t give out personal numbers but he will be available tomorrow”. I inform him I didn’t ask for the personal number of Will. I asked what time he would be in and he said early morning, they “open at 4 but he wouldn’t be in for an hour or two because he always comes in late and he’s a horrible boss”. I said okay and asked about the drink and he looked at me confused. I said never mind, grabbed my stuff and walked out.

This was truly an off putting experience and I will not be returning to this location.

I have gone to this dunken donuts around 10-13 times in the last 3 yrs and it's always the same. They don't have donuts... Don't get me wrong they do but the selection is incredibly limited. I've gone early I've gone afternoon, it doesn't matter. When I ask why they never have more than 2-4 donut options they state they are not a busy location so do not make more than 2-4 kinds of donuts at any given time. I've also been told by another staffer that due to their non busy location (even though this is an extremely busy shopping area) they will stop making donuts early afternoon so often they dont serve any donuts after 3ish.

I'm going to take the time to drive to the location in Tucson next time I want to get the kids donuts. I suggest you do the same.

You can pretty much count on them having glazed and vanilla frosted. Anything beyond that is a crap shoot.

On a side note, coffee is good.

It's a Dunkin' ! Ok donuts in a donut shop atmosphere. The staff was awesome and interacted with my kiddo, who was ordering for us, very warmly.

We sat at a nice little couch / coffee table area Instead of a booth or table. That was a nice touch. It was clean and they had everything we needed well stocked. Coffee and donuts was a win.

Not much else to say, it's pretty much what you'd expect and a good overall experience for a Dunkin'!

Kid-friendliness: The staff was very cool with the kiddo.

I bought coffee and 3 Donuts - the Donuts were very stale. They were small, hard and gross not worth the money!!!

Sorry, Dunkin. I hate to give a bad review. But the food I just ordered and paid for with my hard earned money, absolutely inedible. Do you taste your own food ??? Cold, hard rubber. and I am not hard to please because I like fast food. But compared to McDonald’s, your food really is inedible. You will have to try much harder or you will go out of business. Iced coffee was not bad.

This location is the absolute worst. They never have donuts even when you order ahead. They were supposed to refund me for the donuts never received and instead charged me twice. I’ve opened multiple cases trying to get this resolved with no response. Don’t waste your time or money here

People waiting over an hour for an order! 6 hashbrowns and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Dine in wait is minimum 30 minutes. Donut rack is basically empty, my bagel sandwich was made wrong then had to be refunded because they ran out of bagels in addition to skim milk. Management needs an overhaul. Cannot handle the volume. I come in weekly and it is getting worse. I will no longer patronize this location.

This location has gone so far down hill. It's 10am on a Saturday morning and they have no donuts, no plain bagels, no hashbrowns. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and it was wrong. I ended up refunding the sandwich because it was made incorrectly and then they couldn't remake it.

The manager here does not know how to run this operation when it is busy. Having people wait over 20 minutes for food is absolutely asinine. Should have gone to a diner instead, it would have been faster.

Got in line to get one thing. The many people behind the counter couldn't get any orders out. I call that a slop op or incompetence. This place is very hit and miss. Mostly miss.

This Dunkin has been our go to. We go every Monday and service has gone way down hill. What used to be a fast drive through experience when we mobile order now feels equivalent to ordering in the store. The woman that they recorded asking if you want the “caramel craze latte” was the best. Bring her back! They went through a change in management and now service takes FOREVER! I don’t blame the window workers at all they are always kind and friendly. But something has gotta change.

We come here to pick up breakfast quite frequently since it is close, but have been pretty disappointed lately. This morning was the most recent disappointment. Ordered one sandwich with sausage and no cheese and got one with bacon and cheese instead. The croissant on the other sandwich was burnt. Hashbrowns were cold, but they always are. Should not have to unwrap everything before I leave to verify order accuracy. Please do better.
