I’ve had multiple bad experiences here - but this one just upset me a bit more than usual - first - lady was so rude - like I was interfering with something (I went through drive thru ) I ordered and when my stuff got handed to me I said thanks and even left a tip! Then I get my food - LOLOL Bagel so overdone it was like a bagel chip and it was burnt- hashbrowns were just mush - literally mush and fell apart - GROSS. - the coffee - ehh but then I got a donut for my son- it was the tiniest stalest donut I’ve ever seen - literally the size of my key fob - and it was so stale - my 4 year old didn’t even want to eat it - I’m never going back - the “deals” they have aren’t great when nothing is edible and the regular priced donuts are bite size - I should have just demanded my money back - please go elsewhere- worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too!

Employees here are always nice and helpful. However, went in today and got a Boston Creme donut. These things keep getting smaller and smaller!! I swear the donut is half the size it used to be. Doubt I'll ever order one again and will just go to Basha's instead.

Bought coffee in a container for a meeting of 12 people. This is with everything needed; cups, creamer, and napkins. With delicious donuts of course. So easy and affordable, less than $50! Help make our meeting a success!

I've had a few bad experiences at this location so I'm writing a review bad on my last one. I placed a mobile order for 2 donuts, went in and sat down to wait for it, and after 15 minutes got up and walked out. I checked the app to see if the order went through and the app was acting up so I couldn't tell. I assumed it was the app acting up because I couldn't see my transacting history even though it showed my recent order on the home page. I had to get going so I left. When I got to my computer I decided to check and see if I could see the transaction history. It was there. I just assumed it was an issue on my end because several cars pulled into the drive-thru and got their orders after I walked inside to pick mine up. There were 2-3 employees that saw me sitting there, in an empty restaurant waiting and nobody asked if they could help me. After seeing the same 2-3 employees talking and joking around I just assumed they didn't have the order because they could have easily slid the 2 donuts into a bag within 15 minutes, I would think. Anyway, I have Dunkin' credits in my account that I will have to use at another location because this one is too crazy for me. It's dirty, the customer service is lacking, and the quality of food just isn't what it used to be. Bummer because it's 1 minute from where I work. Oh well.

Shae was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, fast, and made sure to ask plenty of thoughtful questions when they didn’t have the flavor I originally wanted. She went above and beyond to create something similar, and it turned out delicious. On top of that, as we were leaving, we saw her outside cleaning the parking lot…such a hard working and dedicated employee. Our drinks were perfect and her customer service made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Shae!

They were very patient and kind as we tried to decide what to get and as usual dunkin' donuts has great food and drinks and I think they're better than Starbucks!!

I asked for a special request that they said they could do. What I received was awful. They should be embarrassed they sold these. They should have called and said they didn’t workout and offered regular donuts. If I picked these up instead of my son I would have asked for a refund. When I called all they said was they tried. Not a great experience or customer service.
