Breakfast sandwich was mediocre barely warm, eggs cold, cheese not melted. Looked like thrown together by a 3 year old. Coffee good. Music so loud you had to yell over it. Employees pleasant. Could hear behind counter banter all too loud.

I will never understand how the service in this place continues to be so bad and nothing is done by the owner. The management seriously needs to be reevaluated. Not only is the manager regularly sitting out front on her phone smoking cigarettes instead of paying attention to her staff that doesn't seem to care one iota about her customers, the orders are consistently done incorrectly. Every time I order a coffee and ask for just a small amount of cream and/or sugar it's like they dump in a bucket of it. And half the time if we get bagel bites they're hot, and the other half they aren't. There is one young man at the front register who is regularly rude every time I come in and while I think it may be in part to him possibly being on the spectrum, it isn't right to have customers have to regularly deal with his snippy and condescending tone. I see others have commented on this likely same staff member so clearly it isn't just me. In addition to that, it's always extremely warm and dirty inside so it's not a place that you want to go and sit down to eat. Today I had a jelly donut that tasted like it was a week old. But I'm not about to complain because then I'll just get flack from that same guy up front and nobody's there to fix it. The last time he didn't give us our free doughnut from my rewards and I realized I had been charged for it so I asked if there was a way I could be refunded and I was confronted with three deer in headlights ("staff") because he got upset that there was the slightest complication and they came over to "help." I was then told that I would have to come back when the manager was there because she was at church. What???? I just wanted a refund for the doughnut that should have been free. I also feel like I need to address the fact that whenever we've had to unfortunately use their restroom I'm always disgusted. There's a sign that says it's frequently cleaned and there's no way that's true. On top of that, the soap is so overpowering that you will smell like it all day no matter how much you try to get it off. Then to boot there's an air dryer and no way to open the door from the inside. So that's what employees are doing before they go make your food? Gross. It's such an unprofessional environment and it's really disappointing.

Some of the staff have an attitude. I always order a cold brew with 2 sweet and low and sometimes they forget to add the sweetener.

The coffee was good, but the young man at the register is the most rude customer rep I have dealt with in some time! He talks down to visitors if we use a term (I said drip coffee instead of "regular coffee"). I asked for a refill and instead of simply say we can't do refills, was condescending. I will not return here!

Today I placed an order through the app. 90 minutes later, at 4:30pm, I arrived to pick up a dozen+3 donuts. Initially, they could not find record of my order at all. Then they did find it. However, they didn't have apx half of the donuts I wanted in my order. No maple frosted. No frosted with sprinkles. No Boston creme. No old fashioned. No chocolate frosted chocolate. No red velvet. This is not the first time I've left without getting a donut because they were out of what I wanted. Not sure I'll bother going back. Walmart's across the street with boxes of Krispy Kreme. I can have those delivered right to my car and I know what I'm gonna get!

This Dunkin location is the one closest to my house and every time I go I am honestly a bit disappointed. This is by far the worst location in Tucson. My usual drink always seems to be abnormally dark here and this time my bagel bites were definitely undercooked. I was so excited to try these and then so disappointed when I took a bite. I honestly think this Dunkin either needs more employees or just better training for current employees.

I rarely go to Dunkin, and I was again reminded why I choose not to. I ordered a mobile order ahead of time with drive thru pick up. I received the donut I had selected but was given the wrong drink. Checking the donut bag and confirming that it was my order on the receipt, I didn't think to check the drink. I ordered a large latte and was given someone else's coffee with flavor. I had reached out through the website to have this resolved, but they to have failed to provide any assistance. Two order items with two different names on them, when I had clarified my name with them prior to receiving the items. This has become a common occurrence with receiving wrong items or staff being to lazy to make a drink correctly.
