I've been wanting to try this place out, but there is usually a line a mile long. Now I know why... this place is AMAZING !!! I had the golden eagle - Frozen. So great !!! The staff was really friendly and nice too. Definitely would come here again.

Coffee is great, but the entrance/exit feels like they are intentionally trying to cause multiple car crashes. I have never see a buisness be this anti-consumer with their construction. Like I can't put into words how awful this design is. Its so bad it feels intentionally malicious. You have to make a left hand turn across a busy area, loop all the way around the whole building, then make a right into - again - very busy traffic. How? How are you guys getting business with this parking lot???

I just recently had a horrible experience at the one at Tanque Verde and Grant area here in Tucson Arizona. I then went over the. one here in Tucson , off of Wilmont and Broadway and had the most outstanding experience with their broista. Every time I shop this store they are the friendliest folks and most helpful so I just want a big old five star shout out to this store and their staff Thank you, great customer service always! -Misti Mannon

The coffee is always good except sometimes it is given to me already lukewarm. I enjoy my coffee pretty hot so that is always a bummer. Other than that the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Keep in mind the lines can get pretty long and it can take quite a while to make it through. I avoid stopping by if I’m in a rush.

The service of this specific Dutch Bros on Wilmot in Tucson Az always disappoints. No matter how many times my family and I come to this one it is always the slowest one. We go to the other ones in Tucson and they are very fast!
Today we waited in line for 25-30 minutes with only three cars in front of us. Keep in mind it’s only this one.
We probably won’t go to that specific one again because this isn’t the only time we have waited almost 30 minutes for an order
