The “Holly Jolly Hype” was not real at Dutch bros. Ordered ahead of time.. proceeded to wait 32 minutes after checking in coffee STILL isn’t ready.

Second time this location has had me waiting 25+ minutes.. if you value your time don’t go here.

Love love love the staff and my Golden Eagle, sugar free, caffeine free with almond milk. Absolutely delicious and made with love.

The one on Cortero Farm Rd. does take a while longer because it’s so popular but the one on Ina is super fast because they are not swamped with customers.

FERNIE WAS AMAZING! I am visiting from Missouri and what a great visit! So glad I stopped at this location. The service all around was excellent. Having Fernie as the 1st face when you drive up was a great choice, he is definitely an asset to your company.
10 starts honestly. My eggnog chai was divine and festive. Was a little shocked it was 2.00 more with no ice but it was delicious.

Received the normal, top notch service and smiling attendants we have come to expect at Dutch Brothers. The line was long but the order takers were efficient and the order was accurate and quick once we hit the window. Great employees and our preferred coffee house.

There’s no point in mobile ordering here. I’ll mobile order 25 minutes ahead of time and arrive to only wait 20 more minutes for my two drinks. People that order after me or the drive through line get their drinks faster. They are severely understaffed it appears.

Dutch bros is a very busy establishment and they usually take very good care of the lines that pile up. However today, me and a car behind me had to turn off our car engines as we waited around 20 minutes to finally move ahead and talk to the worker. This was because the car in front “did not know” what he wanted to order and they took 20 minutes to figure it out. They brought out multiple drinks to him to have him figure it out but 20 minutes in a drive thru is absolutely unacceptable when they are built for conscience and quickness. I understand she said they have to be “kind,” but there are kind ways to help this customer kindly without holding up a whole line that long and disregarding the time and service of those behind. Please move these customers who do not know what they want at all ASIDE and help them at the window or something. Any other establishment does this… This was really bad time management. :/

I’m just curious on what the point of a mobile order is if they don’t have it ready 15 minutes later when you get there and then they don’t start on it until you get there, but no one actually starts on it until the second time that you ask where your order is another eight minutes after you get there because you don’t have time to wait and they’re just now starting on it so you have to cancel it and be late to work with no coffee. This has happened multiple times definitely not the first time. Now hopefully I actually get my money back because employees don’t care

service was good, although i bought a nitro cold brew from this location recently and it tasted like dirt. which means that there is either dirt or mold in the beans.
