I was having a really tough day and it was so hard to hold back tears all day because I had a traumatic experience happened to me. I hadn't eaten anything but I thought maybe a coffee might be a good pickup after not eating for 3 days and after letting the lady know how I was having such a tough day and the reason why she wrote this on my cup and I just broke down in tears after reading it. I'm so thankful for you guys. Hard workers. Very appreciative of the love and strength and hope you gave me with a note that meant so much.

Dutch Bros in Marana YAY!!!! My husband and I are in love with coffee period but especially out Dutch Bros and this location is awesome. Always nice and friendly workers ready to make your day by making sure you get the exact coffee/rebel you are craving/needing to complete your day. They are also very welcoming to your dogs they love treating your dogs with pup cups and it's a very sweet experience for the workers and your dog. Favorite Dutch Bros spot to go to and also the skeleton they keep dressing up in different outfits is awesome to see lol. My son gets a kick out of it and just brings more awesome personality to this Dutch bros spot.

The store is not coordinated, we were in line and literally they were getting cars that pulled up way after us, people getting their drinks way behind us. Great product but unorganized compared to other locations.

This must be THE WORST Dutch Brothers I've ever visited! While most DBs have drive thru lines, they're typically organized and move quickly ~ NOT HERE!. I sat at a complete stand still, same spot for more than 15 minutes. The employees taking orders, missed cars, took orders from cars that just arrived, as opposed to those that had already been waiting. Total mess! I certainly will not be back to this location.

This was the slowest dutch I've been to in my entire life, including when I went to every single location in the Phoenix area on my birthday one year. Genuinely probably the slowest dutch in the entire state. I don't know who scheduled the workers, but whoever scheduled only 2 people to work tonight needs to be fired.

I pulled up, there was a long line in the drive through, so I went to the window, I was ignored at the window, and I was treated badly. When I got to the window, they walked in the door and completely ignored me and went to making everybody else's drinks, and then when I ask them, if they were going to make my drink before the 3 cars that pulled up after me that they took before me, they said no, so I left.

Drive thru was loaded, side by side out the parking lot... They did have attendants taking orders in line, but not nearly enough staff to support the demand. Good coffee, but not worth that headache.
