want to shout out an amazing employee at Dutch Bros. She has short dark hair, wears glasses, and always calls me “friend.” I don’t know her name, but she truly makes a difference.
Today I was having a really hard day, and she could clearly sense it. The way she spoke to me with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness honestly lifted my spirits. Every time I come through and see her, my mood instantly gets better because her energy is so positive and consistent.
It’s a reminder that you never know what someone is going through, and small acts of kindness matter more than we realize. She’s one of those people who makes the world feel a little brighter, and Dutch Bros is lucky to have her.
Next time I go in, I’m definitely going to tell her in person how much she means to me but I wanted to share this here too. Thank you for making my day better. 🤍

We come here a lot. Yea it’s always busy. Always. But today was the last time. The line was doubled to the end. Only 1 person at walk up window. Did a walk up simple golden eagle order and apparently I got placed at the very end of the drive through line, waited more than 20 minutes. Plenty of workers…but walk ups should be slotted in before the end of the drive through line. Pretty frustrating and not the first time. Edit: after 20 minutes went up to get a refund…and the guy tells the girl my drink was sitting on the counter. Just sitting there no one gave it to me. The people behind me were pretty frustrated too.

I got a plain latte 4 days in the past week from Dutch Bros. The first 2 were perfect 20oz 4 shot lattes that I got from the walk-up window. Then I made a mistake on latte #3 by using the drove thru. I pulled out onto the highway and at the first traffic light came the first sip. It was a highly sugared nut flavored latte 20oz which I did not order. The line was long by then so I wasted $7 and my time then had to go to another coffee shop to get my morning brew. On latte #4 I reverted back to the walk up window. When my order came out was a 16oz latte so I over paid since I ordered and paid for the 20oz size. I should not have paid cash because I had no receipt and the employee was very nice but said I ordered the 16oz and there was nothing she could do unless I wanted to buy another, uh no thanks. So she entered the size wrong and I paid for it thinking I was paying for what I was getting. Dutch Bros makes a good coffee latte but my order was wrong half the time so I reverted back to Starbucks the rest of the week (and didn't experience any order mistakes there).

I'm a coffee fan all the way around but about a year and a half back I decided no more over done crazy amounts of sugar in my coffee. Of course that meant it was going to be rough to get used to no french vanilla creamer by the gallon full in my coffee...took some time and has proven to be well worth it. That being said I missed my delicious coffee until someone said ask Dutch Bros what coffee they can do sugar free and BAM I found my coffee passion again! I often get the horchata with extra white chocolate as sugar free as possible or the white angel sugar free and I am never let down. Thanks to Dutchys as I call them lol Continue to call Dutch Bro my coffee go to! They have so many sugar free options and that's a big plus for sure. Plus the staff at every location is always just the best!

The “Holly Jolly Hype” was not real at Dutch bros. Ordered ahead of time.. proceeded to wait 32 minutes after checking in coffee STILL isn’t ready.
Second time this location has had me waiting 25+ minutes.. if you value your time don’t go here.

The one on Cortero Farm Rd. does take a while longer because it’s so popular but the one on Ina is super fast because they are not swamped with customers.
