Just don’t like how this and most Dutch bros take so long but service and drinks were excellent.

The man was extremely rude to me and was not “positive” like their motto is. LAME.

Now I know why the line was long... not slow service. Instead, a LOT of people waited for the GREAT SERVICE and excellently served choices!

As with all Dutch Bros locations, there’s too much purple haired shenanigans going on and not enough work. They have plenty of people there but they’re working at 60-70%. There is absolutely no sense of urgency no pep in the step when the customers are stacked up 10 deep. I don’t know about you, but when the customers are stacked up 10 deep, it’s time to get busy. At this location I watched no less than three regulars sit and chatting up employees about tattoos where they’re going for the weekend not doing a damn thing but goofing around sharing pictures on their phones. It’s ridiculous., but there’s too much singing, dancing and jerking around rather than getting the work done taking care of the customers. Yeah, I get that it’s Dutch Bros hippie dippy, but the real reason Dutch Bros exists is for the customer. Tone down the hippie, dippy, freak, show and just get the coffee out please.

Sav was so sweet and such a vibe I love her. This was my second time coming and I'm sold on the workers alone ? some of the best customer service I've ever had in my life. Keep it up girl, you are literally perfect!

It's a drive thru, so the atmosphere is your car. But I love the music and service. The baristas make you feel at home while you're waiting for your drink.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of sugar-free, non-dairy, and decaf options.
First and last visit to a Dutch Brothers. I ordered two medium coffees, one decaf with a sweetener, at 9AM on a Sunday morning at 65 degrees. He said we have cane sugar and I said no , a sweetener. He said we have chocolate and vanilla syrup. Really!! He was clueless. More importantly, he was badly trained and that should concern you if you are thinking of going there. We finally got to stevia in the drink, paid, adding a tip and driving forward to the window but the debacle doesn’t stop there. When I got to the window I was presented two iced coffees. When that was being corrected I heard them call out two Americanos. I didn’t think about it at the moment, but that meant no decaf on one. This is nothing but gross ineptitude. But wait, there’s more.I ordered a muffin. Unless the age old definition has changed I have to assume that somebody sat on it. It was paper thin but within that meager offering was my full weeks ration of sugar. It was packaged like something you would get in cattle class on a budget airline. What I received was overpriced at half the price. If you just want a cup of coffee, try the gas station across the street.

The employees who work here are always amazing, and after countless times going, I have yet to have an order be messed up. Great variety of drinks and seasonal items. The dogs love going as well!

I do like the outside look, and the service is good. The drinks are good but can be overwhelming considering the amount of options you have.
Whenever my family goes I end up getting some but local coffee shops first if I'm choosing.
