I come here often and have never had a bad experience until today , a man took my order he seemed like he did not want to and it seemed okay till I got to the window and my order was the incorrect size so I asked for a remake ..the women then tells me she will have to recharge me and I said okay ? For your guys mistake? But I let her charge me agian .. she seemed annoyed then she told the women behind her to remake the drink and i witnessed her roll her eyes .. they told em to just keep the smaller size as well i said okay ? But they had bad attitude about it when they gave me my drink remade I asked for a straw and the women said “you want another one ? I told her I didn’t get one but okay she was very rude about it it’s sad because this is the one I go to most and I work by so this experience really upset me I paid almost $20 for one latte still have not got my refund

It’s always a great experience when I go to dutchies! Great environment and I love it more than Starbucks. I have not been to a Starbucks location in many years because Dutch bros is where my heart is at! It’s best place for coffee!

I ordered an iced caramel latte. I got a burnt iced coffee oatmilk no sugar?????I spent almost $7 on a trash drink. This is why I drive across town to black rock coffee. They are way better.

Drinks are good but this location is srry understaffed. Drive thru takes forever and although I placed my order through the app people that walked up the window after me got their drinks first!

The drinks were good the lady that took our order was amazing but the staff inside didnt seem very personable and they forgot a few ingredients in my drink like the white chocolate drizzle on the cup, the glitter glaze, and the extra peppermint i asked for. I was kind of disappointed in the lack of attention to the order as I have never had an issue with a Dutch bros getting my order wrong before. I get they were busy but you should still at least make sure the orders are right since we paid for the extra ingredients
It is always hit and miss. Due to medical reasons I need sugar free or I can go into a coma 3 times they have messed up and given me full sugar. Luckily I was able to catch it before drinking to much and blacking out. It seems like some of the staff care about the customers and orders yet others just wanna chat and joke and get all orders wrong. Went through on a slow day ordered 4 drinks they spoke it back to me twice was correct once made nothing was correct. Used to be 5 stars but its been a while since that has been the case.

I came to this dutch bros for a remake.Since another location didn't make the caramel brulee chai latte taste like chai, and this girl took her time and went above and beyond.And I don't know why I forgot her name, but she was so friendly and made such a delicious drink and so far.This is my favorite dutch bros location.The first one i've been to and my favorite till now.
