It is always hit and miss. Due to medical reasons I need sugar free or I can go into a coma 3 times they have messed up and given me full sugar. Luckily I was able to catch it before drinking to much and blacking out. It seems like some of the staff care about the customers and orders yet others just wanna chat and joke and get all orders wrong. Went through on a slow day ordered 4 drinks they spoke it back to me twice was correct once made nothing was correct. Used to be 5 stars but its been a while since that has been the case.

I came to this dutch bros for a remake.Since another location didn't make the caramel brulee chai latte taste like chai, and this girl took her time and went above and beyond.And I don't know why I forgot her name, but she was so friendly and made such a delicious drink and so far.This is my favorite dutch bros location.The first one i've been to and my favorite till now.

This is hands down the best coffee chain ever. I have been to several all around Tucson over the last five years snd never had a single complaint. I have only ever had to hand back an incorrect order and that was because they forgot to put cream in it. I especially love that you don't have to order from a speaker which is so impersonal. There are crew members outside waiting to take your order and I've never once encountered any who were not kind and professional. The one on Ajo and Kinney is the best. The manager and crew go beyond themselves to give great service.
Good service, but the wait at the walk-up today was quite long to receive the order.

These young people are just awesome. They're so nice and they look so cute, dressed the way they are. They don't have to have any type of stupid uniform on and their freeze is one of my favorites. And they don't make you stay in line, they come out.And get your order.So by the time you get up to the window, your order is ready

The general manager is a male he was very very unprofessional. Didn’t treat someone I was there waiting for their drinks. They’ve been winning since 5 PM. They didn’t make the drinks right? I do not recommend this store cause what that manager to that customer and there was a lady who was in line said she didn’t get something and they give her extra that’s not very right and that’s another customer came so they didn’t get something and they give them extra. What the hell is the problem with them? I will never ever again will support that location maybe never again touched by Dutch Brothers I give you a 0%. I I hope that manager finds that be at peace and he should be fired The manager is a guy
