These young people are just awesome. They're so nice and they look so cute, dressed the way they are. They don't have to have any type of stupid uniform on and their freeze is one of my favorites. And they don't make you stay in line, they come out.And get your order.So by the time you get up to the window, your order is ready

The general manager is a male he was very very unprofessional. Didn’t treat someone I was there waiting for their drinks. They’ve been winning since 5 PM. They didn’t make the drinks right? I do not recommend this store cause what that manager to that customer and there was a lady who was in line said she didn’t get something and they give her extra that’s not very right and that’s another customer came so they didn’t get something and they give them extra. What the hell is the problem with them? I will never ever again will support that location maybe never again touched by Dutch Brothers I give you a 0%. I I hope that manager finds that be at peace and he should be fired The manager is a guy

Good coffee but I probably wait less in line when I come back from Mexico than here the line is ridiculous I recommend the new one coming on ajo by kenney, someone was arguing about the drink should put the customer aside… do not Make others be late

The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, despite how busy it gets! Everyone is super helpful when asking for recommendations, accommodations for people with diabetes, and the prices are always good!
Ive given this location several opportunities, however it always smells like an old trash can and they make you wait for no reason. Every time I pull up to the window my drink is ready, but instead of just handing it over they run around doing other things.

Ordered online for the first time & did the pick up at the window. I ordered a seasonal drink pumpkin creme brulee somethin' and my hubby got a golden eagle I think? Anyway, they were ok at the window when I asked for my drinks, not rude just not over friendly. My issue was I asked for extra caramel in my drink and didn't receive that, and I tasted zero pumpkin flavor. I had my hubby try it and he said it just tasted like a plain coffee with cream and a bit of caramel. I didn't go back because we had somewhere to be. But why?! I don't get it. I was bummed because it was even my birthday drink so I was so excited to get it and try that seasonal flavor! I was left underwhelmed for sure. I'll go back, maybe to a different location. This one is just close to my home area. :(

I love this place 100%. I always order through the app, and it's always ready on time. I order 2 things, either the sugar-free iced golden eagle or the Iced salted caramel protein mocha. Both are amazingly tasty. There are plenty of options for milk and extra stuff to add. There's even oat milk, too.
