Ordered online for the first time & did the pick up at the window. I ordered a seasonal drink pumpkin creme brulee somethin' and my hubby got a golden eagle I think? Anyway, they were ok at the window when I asked for my drinks, not rude just not over friendly. My issue was I asked for extra caramel in my drink and didn't receive that, and I tasted zero pumpkin flavor. I had my hubby try it and he said it just tasted like a plain coffee with cream and a bit of caramel....
I love this place 100%. I always order through the app, and it's always ready on time. I order 2 things, either the sugar-free iced golden eagle or the Iced salted caramel protein mocha. Both are amazingly tasty. There are plenty of options for milk and extra stuff to add. There's even oat milk, too.
