If I could leave 100 stars I would. This is hands down the best Dutch Bros period. Hailey has an amazing crew with people like Jackie, Maddie, and Evee. They are always upbeat, and take the time to get to know you (they always remember my drink preference). They have fast, amazing service and make the best coffee ❤️

the 4 stars are because of the coffee and employees - the drive thru needs serious improvement. ordering online still gets you stuck in line for 10-15 minutes sometimes (which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead). not sure how many people are slinging drinks at any given time but it doesn't seem to be enough. staff your stores dutch!

I go to Dutch brothers all the time, and I think that this is the very first time that I've been in a Dutch brothers where they put the flavor in a measuring cup measured it out, which is pretty typical hot water in a second measuring cup and used that cup that was just plain water before they used the flavor one, so my drink is less flavorful than any other Dutch brothers I've ever had.

I always have excellent service at all DBs I go to but nothing like the service I received today. I left this location about 10 minutes ago and needed to share how AWESOME this location and the staff are. Braxton was outside taking orders and being super engaging and nice to everyone. He was all alone but was handling all the orders super effectively, I received my order super quick and got to have a little chat with the person in charge about Braxton. I really hope this man gets a raise ☕️😄

Jackie is my favorite barista! I really appreciate how you can customize all your drinks, from the sweetness level to the type of add-ons. They can pretty much make anything you desire, which makes every visit special.
