Love this location!! The employees are fast, nice and friendly!! They all take pride in what they do! Customer service especially in food can be a really hard job( I worked at subway for many years, I loved my job and some of the customers) my experience with the employees at this location have been nothing but great you can tell that they care about their job care about the customers so keep it up guys and gals thank you for making my drinks for me before work 😁👍😁

I always get a drink at Dutch Bros for my birthday. I showed my ID and I was told by Allen that they don’t do the birthday drinks anymore without the app, which I’ve never had an issue with it in the several years I go. He continued to give me attitude even after I paid for my drink and couldn’t even get my number or the drink I ordered right. Terrible customer service and I will no longer be taking my business to Dutch Bros.

This place was one of my favorites, but the truth is that in the last year the service gets worse and how they give you the drinks, I remember when they just opened in Tucson, the drinks were too good, and they made them correctly, and even as they came out in the image, now they only put the milk, coffee and the syrup, and nothing else, they don't make Shake, they don't mix everything, i have to do it with the sorbet has to be mixing it to feel the flavor and sweetness, they give you everything spilled, and they take a long time, the brand must train the staff more because I see that they hire and the truth is that the new ones don't care. Terrible, they already look like Starbucks doing anything.

Usually I don't have any issues but as of recent, I've been using order ahead to make my life easier, but that has proven to be non efficient. Every single time for the past 3-4 times, I've been waiting 10 minutes after I get to the window despite placing the order 15-20 minutes before I arrive so I can pick up and leave. Then proceed to have a whole line of people still manage to order after me and leave before me. I'm going to stop tipping on these things if this is how I'm getting treated. Why does it seem like it's just me that has this issue? I'm never rude to them and it's always a pleasant talk and I always tip. So it's not like there should be any reason for this. But I tip for the service and it's not being met.
