I had the BEST experience here today. I am a stay at home mom who doesn’t get a ton of socialization. The beautiful human who took care of me was so sweet. I wish I got their name, but we spoke about a 10am chemistry class and me moving with my 7month old. I hope you see this, and know you made our day. Your smile was so contagious. Hands down the WORST customer service. I didn’t expect this from Dutch Bros.The crew working on 3/15 around 5:30pm needs better training. I’ve never felt the need to write a review like this but that was actually horrible.
