Absolutely adored their drinks and used to buy something here at least twice a week, but for the past few months the experience i get trying to buy a coffee from them has been getting worse and worse. Employes with an attitude, frequently getting a different drink from what i ordered or a half assed version of it, being in line 20 minutes before closing time and getting told theyre no longer open when its finally my turn, its all soured the good perception i had of this business.

Waited in line for 40 minutes, with a mobile order. Tried to see if we could pick it up at the window and they said no it’s best to stay in line. Then never apologized for the wait time or said anything at the window just “here you go”

The manager there was very rude, they made my drink incorrectly. When I asked for my drink to be made correctly the manager said I would have to pay for another drink to be made. It was very upsetting because at other locations if the made a mistake on my drink they would remake them free of charge. Very disappointing..!!
First time at Dutch Bros on Grant and I was so satisfied with my visit yall! I ordered a small caramelizer and I regret not going BIG lol It was really delicious and I WILL be back! Thanks to the drive thru team for a memorable experience! Highly recommend
