Unfortunately, this Dutch Bros can never get things right. Almost every single time we have ordered they get our order wrong. This time it was that they did not make our drinks extra sweet. It's a 20 minute event every single time and they were serving the cars behind us. Everyone is very nice but they are so unorganized. It's frustrating.

This location is always horrible, they are unable to make drinks correctly… ended up having to blend the drink myself once at home, and knowledge of their own menu is that of a new-hire, every single time.They seem to not understand what the binders do in blended drinks and liquid separating from ice is pretty much always guaranteed at this location where it might as well not be a blended drink…

My son Benji is autistic. He struggles to communicate and interact with people. We go to Durch bros on Tanque Verde almost every morning on our way to school. He lo es the kids hot cocoa. He was telling his teacher that he now has a best friend. Teacher asked questions..name ..ect. Benji didnt know his name,but said he makes him special hot cocoa everyday and wears a hat. Turns out...its Jayden May from Dutch! Thank you Jayden for making my little guy happy every morning!
Mason and Isaac were so awesome they made my day. Great customer service drink was incredible. I was very picky and specific and they were able to make that accommodation for me and we’re very respectful and nice.
