I love this Dutch bros, I’m a constant regular both early morning and late night! They’re efficient and always on point Michael is one of the baristas I deal with more frequently, and his attitude and personality is one of the things that keep me coming back along with the great drinks of course!!

Not sure why it’s so hard to make a simple drink. Why pay more for customizations if you don’t actually make it how I order it. Super annoying that I constantly have to come back and have you remake it. If you do it correctly the first time….. Also, don’t get upset with the customer because YOU didn’t do your job correctly.

My girlfriend and I wanted to try this coffee shop and since it was her birthday, they gave us a free coffe as a freebie, so we only paid for one. It's a pretty decent coffee, the sweetness is just right, and the service is friendly and efficient. It's ideal if you're in a hurry and need some coffee.

Today I ordered a drink and a sandwich on the order ahead. When I got in line someone came out and started to take orders. She skipped over me twice, it took someone telling her that I was here before them ( which was a car behind me in the next lane over) for her to come over. I then get my sandwich and open the bag when I get back to work to see that my sandwich was just thrown in. Bottom bun was stuck to the paper with cheese. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences here but this one definitely topped the cake.

Good place to go. Haven't been in a while. Love the shrimp. I'm not crazy about pasta, but I do have restrictions, so there's not much to choose from. Enjoyed customer service. They did take care of a big group.

It's Dutch, what can you possibly say bad about these places anyway? Pricing? It is what it is, you don't want to pay $6 for a drink, try making it yourself. Did not have to wait, well, that will depend on the time of day. This particular location is near perfect as it is within walking distance of all sorts of food venues and shopping options. Right off west side of Oracle, hard to miss, I guess if I wanted to be picked and this is more of a lol moment, everytime we order the Golden Eagle Chai w/ extra chai, it either has not enough caramel or too much 🤣. 1st world provides let me tell ya. Anytime we are in this area, we will be back.

the people are always so mean and have an attitude i had asked for a drink carrier mind you im one person and ordered two drinks and i couldn’t hold it all so i politely asked for a drink carrier and the lady at the window goes “for two drinks?” and gave me the ugliest look ever . then i had to ask for straw because she never offered.

Always enjoy the staff and the coffee. Got a lemon poppy seed muffin top today. Yummy! 1/25 I may be crabby this morning. However, I get so annoyed when they take orders out of order of arrival. If I arrive in line 2 after someone in line one, I try to redirect the staff to the person who came first. I realize the staff don't always see what order we arrive. This morning, 2 cars that came after me got helped first. I wish more customers were kind enough to redirect to the proper order.

Thank you for always getting my drink correct and having funny staff. I hope the employee who was bamboozled into a losing dance battle got some extra compensation for his shift that day. He was tricked into a dance battle he could not win by a master rythmicist and that's just not right 😔
