Any more it's complete hit or miss. Staff either make the drinks correctly or we are charged for "extra syrup/flavor" and don't even receive the "normal/correct" amount when paying extra. Its ridiculous. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be given a drink I can't even drink because it's frothy and tastes disgusting. A FREEZE is not supposed to be frothy! Mind you I couldn't even have it remade because I already spent 20 minutes waiting on the drink. Such disappointment and waste of almost 7 dollars for a medium anymore.
