Def doesn’t have the Dutch vibe, the girl taking our order came out of nowhere with no fretting & just asked what we wanted, I asked for a drink I get at every other Dutch just fine but was told they couldn’t put more than one flavor floated on my tea. So sad to see Dutch just become another corporate sellout.

There have been multiple times where I have been ignored at the drive through , idk why . Today I was in line waiting for my order to be asked and there was no cars behind me …as soon as another car arrived in the other lane the girl looked at me and walked past me to the other car , then another car arrived and she went towards that car as well , even though I had been waiting in line for long time …..either I get ignored or they charge me wrong in my order …

I had just departed having an mri, and was in need of a great coffee drink. I googled nearest Dutch Bros, my go to when I need coffee. Less than a mile away. 1st time at this location Grant & Swan. I needed a customized drink. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was very much a great experience, as all my Dutch Bros. certainly are.

Oh Boy. Lot girl says no they don't make Matcha hot. Pulled up to the window and asked, don't think so, go ask, Yes they Do! $7.55 I say Must be a part good size, Make shows me what looks like a med everywhere else I go. Give him a $6 gift card (Ty Risa's Midvale) and $2 and he hands me back the card w a bal of .45¢??? Why he didn't take it out of the cash.... Keep the card. I'll go bank to D.D. & ✳️bucks. 🤷🏻♀️🤯 PS, already sweetened because my usual 3 sweet pumps of sugar we're too much I can't even drink it!!!
I love this location! I work nights and getting a rebel is what gets me through my shifts. The employeess at this Dutch always like excited and care. Last night Misty remembered me and helped me decide on a new rebel and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It’s honestly a busy stand but I don’t mind.
This is my neighborhood Dutch Bros and all of the Broistas here deserve a raise. Each time I go, I’m greeted with the most amazing “Hi Friend, are we having the usual?” (My drink is an almond bar rebel with blackberry float) They all know me and My drink and it’s made perfectly, every time. For your morning cup, or your commute sip, make this your stop. 🥰🥤

Stopped by this morning on my way to work and the atmosphere was so good. Everyone here was fast, and so great to talk to. Noah took my order and he was just the best. We had a great conversation and he even helped me create a delicious sugar free drink for my wife while she was on speaker trying to talk to him. He was very knowledgeable on the entire menu and gave us some good recommendations for next time despite my wife having so many restrictions! This stand is in my opinion one of the best I’ve stopped at in Tucson. I will be returning. If anyone is looking for a fantastic time I say stop here too!

I came by last night at quite a late time and I really was hoping to get a sticker so that my collection of all your guys’ stickers wouldn’t be ruined. When I came by I was told by Noah that your location had run out. And without me saying anything about my collection he left the window and went to give me His sticker he got. He really made my day I will be coming back to this location and I hope I get to thank him.

I used to love this place, but something's changed. The coffee isn't as rich as it used to be, and the employees are no longer friendly. It's a shame because the atmosphere is still cozy, but the quality just isn't there anymore. If I pay $1 extra for soft top, I deserve to get fresh soft top and not one that has stale refrigeration taste. Hopefully, management can turn things around.
