VERY RUDE PEOPLE and I would give NO stars if I could.... I have always shopped at Pat's for all of my cake supplies. They recently closed and I was in need of some supplies for a cake order and heard about this place. I sent my brother and sister to get a few things and the older lady was extremely rude to my sister. She yelled at her for trying to take a picture of the supplies so that I could see the stuff they carried?? She told my sister "I don't know what you're going to do with those pictures" REALLY?? Talk about horrible customer service, I will definitely NOT be going back.

My 5 year old granddaughter was excited about the Repunzel birthday cake I had ordered for her. We packed it up carefully, placed it in the car, and took her mother and her to the Atlanta airport. Too late we discovered we had not gotten it out of the car when we dropped them off. I knew she was going to be disappointed so I went to the web to find a bakery that might make it on short notice. I did not expect to find one. I called E&L, they were getting ready to close. I told them what I needed, sent a picture of the cake, and explained how important it was to this grandmother and granddaughter. The next day my son-in-law picked it up. She never knew the original was left in the car. Not only was the cake pretty but my daughter said it was delicious. Thanks so much E&L!
