The Lady working at the front counter was grumpy and miserable, but that's not even the worst of it. I order a salad, they ask me what dressing I want, I tell them, and then they don't even give it to me and I have to eat my salad WITH NO DRESSING! Disgusting. Competence is important! DO BETTER.

Other than today, most of the time when I go to this location specifically, the customer service and interactions are quite poor

Parking: It's located in a plaza with a low-traffic
Kid-friendliness: There's nothing that would not be suitable for children, though there's no where specific that children would be interested in going to (such as: jungle gym, play area, or interactive tables/machines)
Wheelchair accessibility: There's adequate wheelchair access at both entrances and plenty of space within the building to maneuver

I’ve always loved the fries from this place. I heard the recipe changed so I decided to try it. It honestly sucks. There is no flavor and it is so bland!! The ranch has always carried these fries but now it’s necessary for actual flavor. Extremely disappointed now, I most likely will never order the fries again because of that.
