The bad attitude, lady long blonde hair is like she don't want to be there.

I come to either this location or one other one specifically when I fly down to Tucson just to come eat and get an eegee's. I am not joking when I say I literally fly to Tucson just to eat in so if I am willing to travel the distance you know they must be amazing.

We have no idea what has happened to Eegees but holy cow it’s not doing well! Eegee’s for many of us Tucsonans is a summertime favorite! We have been in at least 3 times and each time your out of the flavor of the month, or such as this month you have an atrocious tasting flavor. Today we ordered and as always no onion due to an allergy… it came with onions I asked for it to be remade took forever to get it back. And when we did the bread was soggy from the house dressing. I did ask for extra house dressing on the side. In total, we waited 32 Minutes for our food by the time we got our sandwich our french fries were cold and our daughter was finished eating. The gentleman who took our order was great. Had no other interaction with any other employees.

I ordered a bunch of food for pick up. The party packs and a few 3ft long sammies. I ordered, on line, a couple of days in advance and requested a pickup time of 3pm. I arrived at 3:10 and the order wasn't ready. First the staff member, I spoke with, claimed that my order, pickup time, was 3:30. I showed them my receipt and email, verifying a 3pm pickup time. Then the MOD claimed the morning shift was responsible for making the online orders. I dont know what's going on with eegees anymore, but I won't be planning anymore parties with them in mind.

I went through the drive thru. I got the original grinder. The bread was too soggy. The bread also tore way too easily. My eegee drink was fine. I’m just disappointed

The food here tastes outstanding and the prices are good too. Seat comfort in the restaurant leaves something to be desired.
I come here on my lunch break when I forget my own, and thus have let tons slide. I've waited longer than my lunch break for a sandwich (they gave me a free one in turn) and have gotten the wrong order, waited 20 minutes for a salad or just fries. But coughing up a bread tie was probably what did it for me. Will post another review once I find how to attach picture.
Eegee's is a Tucson institution. Our local eegee's is small but clean. A perfect place to pop in with the grandkids for a order or two of fries, an eegee and time to connect.

This place has really gone downhill. The wait times are atrocious. Very poorly run and managed. If there is more than two people in line I would just leave, you won’t order for 15 minutes, and you won’t get your food for 30. Could not find a single clean table in the lobby. I wish this was a one time thing but it is every time I come here.
