I waited 20 minutes to order my food. There was only one cashier, and she was very slow. I waited another 18 minutes for my food to be made. Really poor customer service.

I stopped by last night after the U of A women's basketball game to get an IcedOut Eegees that Eegee's gives out after the opposing team misses two free throws. This location, at least, would not honor it.

Absolutely Abysmal. Prices up, no meals, everything is separate. A large fry is now a literal pitiful handful in a bag. No hair nets or proper hair retention for those on the line, also staff seem to hate their jobs and dont want to be there.
Worst of all the ranch that clearly says to keep refrigerated is being sold barely chilled. Shop is literally 3 min from my house and ranch felt warm so I separated them from the bag and I checked temp when i got home. 58 degrees... All 3. so now it is clear they do not care about food safety.
Food is subpar. You can get better service and quality of food for cheaper at jack in the box.

Super disappointed after decades of eating at eegees I was refused 1 ranch with my fries. I was parked then told if I wanted ranch I needed to ask at the window. Despite them parking me for thier convenience. Literally wouldn't give 1 ranch with my $30 order ecause i didnt ask before they parked me and made us go back around. What the heck eegees?! Food has gone down hill anyway.

Gave me wrong food twice in drive through. Window attendant was confused and untrained. Grinder was meh...eegee (Pina colada) was amazing.
I love Eegees!! but i got a pick up order tonight, ordered it about 10 minutes prior to picking it up and the bread was sooooo stale, basically crumbled off with every bite. I usually crave this place because of how good it is, but tonight it just wasnt hitting the same as it usually does, kinda disappointed.
