Super disappointed after decades of eating at eegees I was refused 1 ranch with my fries. I was parked then told if I wanted ranch I needed to ask at the window. Despite them parking me for thier convenience. Literally wouldn't give 1 ranch with my $30 order ecause i didnt ask before they parked me and made us go back around. What the heck eegees?! Food has gone down hill anyway.

I love Eegees!! but i got a pick up order tonight, ordered it about 10 minutes prior to picking it up and the bread was sooooo stale, basically crumbled off with every bite. I usually crave this place because of how good it is, but tonight it just wasnt hitting the same as it usually does, kinda disappointed.

I have never been to an eegees with people like this before. The lady that took my order started off with an attitude and all I did was pull up to the speaker. I will not be going to this location again which sucks because itās so close to work. But everything I ordered she had an attitude about and was almost judgy about. Very disappointed with this visit.
Things just are Not as good as they used to be! I take my grand kids here once a week after school and they were the ones to say we dont like them any more. I already knew why because I feel the same way about the Bread.! They have changed the bread for the sandwiches and now they just dont even taste the same. I loved Eegees since I was little kid and going there was a treat for the whole family. Now we'll let's just say the kids like the drinks and that's about it. For 45 years ish you had a really good sandwich now its not worth going even for the drink because I dont want to stop at subway for sandwiches and stop again for drinks here. Sorry Eegees your falling fast go back to your other bread please. Miss you

Not as good as it used to be. The fries and drink are just not the same. My family and I have come here for years. We always order the same thing. Deluxe grinder, house dressing on the side because by the time we get home the bread will get soggy. Now they charge an extra 75 cents to put something on the side that is supposed to come with the sandwich. What a joke. Donāt know if Iāll continue to come here anymore.

To my acknowledgment it was the manager on duty 8/16/25 around 3pm she had on glasses and a bandana wrap. She was very irritable when I had to share requests that were given to me by a customer I was picking up for. I needed to verify the items and her response was that āif she paid for them they would be in thereā. In a rude tone before walking away immediately. And then continued to go towards the driveway and talk about other customers and possibly myself included or the company in general. Honestly Iām just sharing a customers request and she made me feel like I was asking to much to do my job. I have maybe done 2 reviews in the past and Iām putting this out there to kindly request that she treat customers and delivery personnel with respect. The other staff was busy working and seemed great otherwise one even apologized to me.

My family was coming from a Memorial service for my Mom. There were 13 of us that showed up 10 from out of town. The whole staff was so courteous and attentive. Food was off the charts delicious. I would definitely recommend this experience again, and again. I had the Eegee's with peach berry,mango and needs. SO awesome.
