Horrible service! I asked for extra ranch/bacon bits and didn't get ANY on my fries. While im waiting in the drive thru, some kid cuts me off walking up to the window asking his friend (the girl taking orders) for free eegees. So I'm ignored while they continue talking back and forth. Completely unprofessional.. where are the managers!?
I usually go several times in month, and the girls never ask for phone # for rewards. I say girls only because there is no issues with the young men. I have pointed it out at the drive through window and they just roll eyes & say to upload the receipt. Very disappointed in their customer service, this way I avoid going

I waited 30 min and inside for my food i got off because the drive thru was really backed up after asking for my food they had to get it when i got home i was missing a xl fries n sauces that we paid extra so i called several times on the phone number on google n no answer i dont have the time and energy to go back today
