Decent eegees and terrific location. My partner and I were looking for an eegee's close to the hiking trail on our way back to Phoenix and this place hit the spot. It's an older place but still has pretty good sandwiches and those frozen, flavorful wonders. I had the pina colada eegee's and my partner had the raspberry lemonade eegee. I highly recommend any of the grinder sandwiches here. The dressing that they put on the grinders is out of this world.
Also, the bathroom was pretty clean. They're locked so you'll need to get a key from one of the staff.

First and last time customer. Came in ordered a warm toasted sub with a mixed Eegee’s, received a cold sub that doesn’t even SOUND like the other (can’t say she heard wrong). She had my order correct at first, then erased and changed it to condense the order (??), somehow changing my personal sub order in the process while the rest of the orders for everyone else was correct. The sub I was sent, has ingredients I can’t eat. So all I had was soggy fries with baco bits on them (not even real bacon). She seemed nice enough, just spaced out and they wasn’t busy at all. (At the time it was only us and the customer behind us in line) plz work on getting people the orders they ask for. We live no where near there, further up into the hills, so that wasn’t an easy drive to do go bk.

The prices have gone up considerably in the past year - year and a half. I paid $23 for a whole sandwich and two fries. This is no longer a good value. This is just what happens when private equity (Gladstone Capital Corporation) acquires your business. The prices increase and the quality either stays the same or deteriorates.

I was disappointed with the new Cesar salad. Chicken was bland, lettuce was old and croutons soggy. And wasn't it expecting it to be $13. I could've gotten a much better salad for less at salad and go!

I was a little disappointed my number wasn't working to get my rewards. Phon I apologize if I spelled it wrong, handle the situation very professionally and was very kind towards me during a frustrating moment. Thank you!!

No, it's not the same as it was ten years ago, but Eegees is and always will be a Tucson thing. It's delicious and refreshing, though it is a bit on the pricey side, it still has my heart.
