You have to be kidding me. Eegee's is now not going to give you the correct change, if you pay cash. They short the customer their change. They raised their cost to adjust for the folks who pay with card, to make up for the card charges from the processors. So now they are going to keep your change because of pennies. There is not a penny shortage at this time. Yet this company is going to keep your change. i guess anyway to make a few coins. This is not good for the customer. We can eat lunch somewhere else. They can keep their policy and their sales.

Subs and chicken tenders always seem to be old/Less meat then what you'd expect for how much they cost. Employees don't seem to care about getting your order out on time. The inside is always locked at night/after 4 making it drive though only at inconsistent times. I've had issues getting the correct amount of sauce for tenders despite their corporate office saying they need to give 2 and not 1.

I'm not usually the kind of person to leave a bad review but this was truly unacceptable. My daughter went in yesterday to order food around 2:30 PM and while she said they were busy, she noted one man complaining that he had been waiting 30 minutes for his food. One employee was yelling and cursing extremely loud and they all seemed drunk as they were working. Absolutely unbelievable behavior that no one should have to be victim to. The whole experience made her walk out without ordering. We usually stop by this location while in town visiting family but the whole experience makes us want to try a different location or stop the tradition altogether.

it’s true what they say this place absolutely sucks, nothing but teens work here and it took them 30 minutes to make a simple 3 ingredient sub… laughing in the back having us wait while the manager was there watching them letting them be on their phone. Crazy work and the sandwich they gave us was all soggy
My favorite part about AZ its always a must stop so sad that watermelon 🍉 is only a summer menu (favorite of the month) it should be on the menu all the time

Patricia was extremely unprofessional and had disgusting behavior. I went in with family after a funeral which the manager seemed to notice how we were dressed. I tried being friendly and while order just informed her of the sad event she responded with “OH WELL THAT SUCKS THERES NO DISCOUNT FOR THAT” with such an attitude and grin on her face!!!!!! So unprofessional and disgusting and not one of my family members got their order right and when I went back to complain and ask for her name she wrote it down on a piece of paper not even talking to me and walked away!!! Whoever is her boss I would look for someone better I’m so disgusted never going back here again I’m reporting to HR.

The staff was rude and not even helpful. They sent us home with all the wrong food. Now that I am trying to call and resolve the issue they keep answering the phone and hanging it up so I can't even get it resolved worst eegee's I've ever been to where's the rudest associates there and it was a $56 order to hands down extremely disappointed
