Patricia was extremely unprofessional and had disgusting behavior. I went in with family after a funeral which the manager seemed to notice how we were dressed. I tried being friendly and while order just informed her of the sad event she responded with “OH WELL THAT SUCKS THERES NO DISCOUNT FOR THAT” with such an attitude and grin on her face!!!!!! So unprofessional and disgusting and not one of my family members got their order right and when I went back to complain and ask for her name she wrote it down on a piece of paper not even talking to me and walked away!!! Whoever is her boss I would look for someone better I’m so disgusted never going back here again I’m reporting to HR.

The staff was rude and not even helpful. They sent us home with all the wrong food. Now that I am trying to call and resolve the issue they keep answering the phone and hanging it up so I can't even get it resolved worst eegee's I've ever been to where's the rudest associates there and it was a $56 order to hands down extremely disappointed

This place has gone down hill,nothing but a bunch of little kids with no education and a whole lot of attitude running this place.It smells like weed coming from the kitchen area. Very unprofessional I see why it was very empty. Last time I come to this location. Eggees do better in hiring better qualified team members that actually care about customer service .Just to be clear Cambell and Irvington location.....
