Walked in on a Friday night to pick up family dinner. Young cashier was very annoyed and rude. Looks like we won't be coming back to this location!

I was on the drive thru 5 min before they closed and they don't take your order because the were closed already so what time do they really close

This visit was very pleasant, whereas usually the customer service tends to lack training

Order incorrectly prepared. Poor customer service from the staff - it's pretty obvious why Eegees is filing bankruptcy. Get some new employees!

If your going to sit down and eat your food inside this spot is never to crowded inside. The drive thru however can have quite a line at times.

Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is not super kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has Wheelchair Access.

On Halloween I’ve enjoyed eegee’s Zombie cherry flavor eegees. It was delicious and I hope that they bring it back next October.

idk

me and my boyfriend always order food from here in advance, and they never have it done when we get in there. today we ordered food online, came in, waited fifteen minutes, and when we asked when our order would be ready, they hadnt even started making it. its literally ridiculous. it was dead silent in there, we were the only customers, and someone else came in for an online order and she got hers within minutes. what are you guys doing back there? just standing around? you’re a food business, a customer service business. they didnt even seem like they were apologetic or cared at all. i get it, youre working a min wage food service job, but i know for a fact that all of those workers expect their food to be made good and in a timely fashion as well and they cant give that to us? we order here all the time and we always have to wait forever. my boyfriend only has 30 minutes for lunch. he had to eat his food in five minutes before he had to go back in. we are not coming back here.

I order from here quite often and something is always amiss. Today, I order a meatball sub and I’m missing all of my cheese??? I had to add my own grated Parmesan. Just disappointed. I will start trying another eegees just to give the franchise a chance, if not, I’ll be finding another sub spot.

Pretzel was awful, eating a dry Popeyes biscuit with spots of salt, when asking for light salt learn how to spread it? No flavor, cheese isn’t great rather, idk it’s been a while since I’ve been to eegees I doubt I’ll be back for food. Waste of money.

The employees will most likely get your order wrong between all of them they have a combined IQ of 75.

So sad... used to be the Eegees had bits of real fruit and actually tasted like real fruit.

I am positive that the "watermelon" they use is from a bottle and had never been even remotely close to a real watermelon.

When they had a "Canteen" where all the Eegees were made and then delivered to the stores there was actually fruit used and quality control, I was told the stores now have a machine at each store which means there is no quality control or consistency.

Sadly, this is what happens when investment firms buy locally owned small businesses, They try to squeeze every penny out of the business, cut the quality ingredients, and ultimately will kill the brand and wonder why...

The one thing that Eegees had that was unique is now the reason people will quit going.

Corporate, you can do better, leave the recipes alone, go back to making a consistent product
