I would rather go to a different eegees then this one you never get what you order done right . And some of the workers are rude .. I ordered chicken w buffalo sauce , it was dry and overcooked , the fries were hard , and the eegees wasn’t done right ethier . This used to be a good place to go . Not now .

WHERE DID ALL THE FRUIT GO?! Eegee's has a ton of fruit in their eegees. This crap is not an eegee. These new Eegees are nothing more than a slushy. One I could get for much cheaper at a gas station. I love Holly Berry. I got 3 PIECES of fruit that added up to maybe the size of 1 cherry, MAYBE, in a biggie size. Same for my mom's drink Pina Colada. I HAD TO DRIVE TO 2 stores because this location was out of Holly Berry The end of December is still December, which means, the flavor of the month is still supposed to be stocked. Cutting corners like crazy since the new owners, disgusting. I didn't even know there were new owners because I have better things to do with my time than track every business' ownership history. However I started noticing about a year ago things went dooowwwwwn hill. Now I know why. No fruit in the drinks, dry sandwiches but wet bread (I don't even know how you accomplish dry and wet) that are practically tasteless, hard cold fries, half the ranch dressing per container, and faster moving drive thru. Yeah the old owners took FOREVER to get through the drive through, but IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. The drive throughs are practically empty now, which NEVER happened before. Before the lines were so long it blocked traffic in the parking lot. No quality, no buy. You get no more of my business. I love how all the comments from the new owners now say "we'll let our 'internal" team know." In other words, that location. It's not being passed on to corporate as it should be. I don't give my money to businesses that brush their customers off and never address the issue. And no, these people are not going to email info@eegee's or whatever so it gets to corporate. They already had their say publicly as it should be to hold them accountable and they're certainly not going to go through a process Eegee's decided it should be. You don't insult your customers by asking them to do more work so corporate can fix the problem. Corporate can do the work. They get paid for it. We don't. Have fun going out of business.

Have always loved the food here and went in today to order a meal and they don't offer meals anymore! You have to purchase everything separately and it costs so much more. Needless to say, I didn't buy everything I wanted today because I'm not dropping $20 for a one person meal. Plus that, I literally waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru today. Completely unacceptable.

We travelled all the way from Canada, hearing about how good Eegee's is: what a disappointment.
The drinks were ok. Just go here for the drinks. Even then, don't listen to all the tourist tips on this being a 'must go'. It isn't. There's better places.
The food was the embodiment of not caring. It's like it's frozen and thawed out in the sidewalk sun. I've been around the world and the food here might be the most dull I've ever had. The only thing matching the lack of care was the customer service. While it's kind of funny to have someone just toss your order at you like they've given up on the world, it's not something I ever want again.
I have never had a problem.here. food is fresh and hot! The place is very clean and the staff are kind and welcoming.. we are eegees ppl !!

My favorite eegees location. I went through the drive through and Demitri (I believe that was his name) provided outstanding professional service. I will continue to return. The monsoon is a great flavor, besides the teeth staining lolll.

I'm not sure what happened. Did this place change management or hire a bunch of people that don't gaf? Last 2 times I've been here, none of the stuff I ordered has been done correctly.. I order toasted in person and extra jalapeños and it's not even that busy and I get a cold spicy grinder that's lacking ingredients... I'm always polite, but I had to update my review, the incompetence is blowing my mind. If you see this review, better not expect it toasted or any other requests done. I'll update if things change, I love eegees after moving 4 years ago. Fix whatever changed about 2 months ago, bc something is wrong.

Worst eegee’s in Tucson every time I go here they get my order wrong, make me wait 30+ minutes even when I order online to avoid the wait time. Then when they give me the food it’s cold like it has been sitting there.
