Do not go to this location. They struggle with handling big orders. They kept getting my order wrong, but everything was resolved at the window. It didn't end there though. I felt like they were frustrated with me or something because they handed the food to me so rudely and they didn't even say anything or smile as if I was the one who inconvenienced them. Then when I got home I found a strand of hair in one of my fries. Just a bad experience.

I really like to no who in the right mind who hired and trained these workers everything I asked for was wrong asked for ranch didn't get none my sandwich barley had turkey on it my wife didn't get any pickles when she order for extra pickles on her sandwich plus her sandwich had no turkey I have come to eegees for along time and I don't see how it's hard to get a order right there were 5 employees there no busy at all shouldn't give a star at all

Ordered online for pickup ourselves. Asked for extra house dressing on 1 sandwich, and extra mayonnaise on another. No extra dressing (why do you have the option then?!) and no extra mayo. Also, instead of lettuce, i got CABBAGE in my Turkey, Ham, & Provolone. I stopped eating Eegees because the bread and food quality went downhill. At least the service was good, no complaints there. Now since it's been over a year, I don't think i'll be eating Eegees any longer.

I ordered through drive thru and when i sipped on my drink it wasnโ€™t closed properly it fell all over my shirt. My order was wrong I asked for a spicy grinder and when I arrived home I realized the order was wrong. Also the fries werenโ€™t fresh they didnโ€™t even have enough bacon on them. Like 8 little sprinkles of bacon. I rather spend my money else where for the amount I paid. Disappointed.

Ordered online. Waited an hour for the driver to call and say they don't know where my order was. While on the phone they found the order... great, so it's been sitting off to the side for how long?. Driver said 4min away. Took another 25 for him to show up with a soggy sandwich and mush for fries.

Wanted just my money back but the store is unable to at this time? Called corporate and even they don't care enough to have a person answer a damn call.

Update. Manager took none of my Information down to follow up and has been now 2 days since. No call from guest services. The negligence in this company has reached a high.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We flew in from out of state, picked up our rental car and this was our first meal of the day after flying all morning. Heard from coworkers that this place was โ€œgoodโ€ and there was one down the street from where we got the car so we stopped. We wanted to wash our hands since we had been in the airport, bathrooms are locked so we had to wait which whatever fine. Get in there and theyโ€™re out of soap. We asked the lady to refill it and she said โ€œok yeahโ€ then proceeded to do other stuff. We stood there waiting for quite a bit and she never came to refill it. This dude comes in for his shift looked like so we then asked him, again he said โ€œokโ€ and never did it. He also proceeded to make orders and never washed his hands after coming in. We finally gave up on the handwashing and thankfully had a couple wet wipes. We saw the First Lady go in and out of the store to take orders and never took her gloves off to change them. Our friend had to use the restroom eventually so he went and asked for the THIRD time to get the soap refilled. The dude finally goes to get the soap from the back and then comes out and sets it on the counter to take another customers order! So frustrating. When he finally did go he comes out of the bathroom and starts making orders again without washing his hands. Food was VERY mid. Regret spending our money here.
