I ordered through the drive-thru. 2 sandwiches, 1 ranch fry and 1 regular fry. I did not receive my sandwiches and my ranch fries had more hair than ranch!!! Absolutely disgusting!

The food is still up to standard but the service is extremely terrible. They are understaffed—our server said he was just called in on his off-day. It took 30 minutes for a regular sized family order and we had several smaller groups & the drive-they get their orders prioritized over ours. Additionally, the redhead, husky employee was rude to us when I just simply inquired where my order was in the queue.

Atmosphere really fell off since 2018, but the eggees are so good. Like zero gluten free food here tho besides fries and eegee's.

It is impossible for them to get your order right; whether it's dine-in, takeout, or delivery. I don't know if it's their system, employee ineptitude, or some unfortunate combination of both, but the order is wrong the majority of the time. Our joke is, "What'd they screw up this time?" I know for a fact that it's not that tough. Read the screen, punch in the correct buttons, fulfill the order correctly, get money, and wind up with happy customers. So frustrating. Luckily, it's hard to screw up ranch fries, otherwise we'd never be back.
Parking: Parking here is an absolute nightmare! Hope you don't show up during lunch or dinner!

The 2 guys working up front were so friendly. It was my first time at an Eegee's; I live in NV & we don't have Eegee's there. I ordered just about 1 of everything on the menu. Everything was tasty. I really liked the pizza pretzel. My kiddos both enjoyed their kids meals. The sandwiches were really good. I had a Spicy Grinder, which was very good also. The Eegee's were amazing! We had the monsoon flavor mixed with the lemon - so tasty! The restaurant itself was nice. The floor was pretty slippery though from what looked like maybe a spill & it wasn't cleaned up during the entire time we were there (we ate there). Other than that, our visit was great!
