Ordered a hot Italian grinder with No Pepper Chenies because I am allergic to peppers. Husband got home with a grinder cold and pepper chenies. Had to take a benadryl. The manager had no concern. Blamed it on the computer. I have a picture of the sticker print out that says No Pepper Chenies on it and the grinder filled with pepper chenies. I will No longer go or refer anyone to this location.

Charging for sauce with no warning is crazy. And something about doubling up with bigger containers. What if someone just wants one sauce? Maybe charge for more then one but policy change with no warning at $.75 each is just wrong.

Great store friendly staff they always get me with the upscale of cookie. Great job! I have a problem with the bread you all choose . Why? Why mess with a good thing? I've grown up with you guys and always tell visitors to Tucson they need to go to eegees for a drink and sandwich. Now I just say drink . For past 2 years ive taken my grandkids on Thursday every week after school. Then you changed your bread. It makes the entire sandwich taste different. So now we go to subway and just go for eegees drink in the drive thru on way home. Bring back the bread. Everyone I know doesn't like it and no longer go for subs. You've closed a lot of stores in Tucson area please listen to the people we would like to have you around for my grand kids kids.

50 minutes in a drive through for food is unacceptable. Not to mention eegee’s has gone down the drain. Only if the owners of slice and ice never sold it. Way better and original. Get it together. I’m pretty sure they started making our food as soon as we got up to the window and paid.
They have gone downhill with their food! The grinder I had was horrible! The fry’s were cold and not crisp and hot. The bread tastes different. I miss the old edges.

I have been going to Eegees and getting an Eegees for a very long time. I rember in the 90's how you could get all 3 flavors of Eegees and the person working there would get them in your cup, no matter the size, almost in equal amounts. It was great!! We, unfortunately, are no longer living in the 90's I went to this location as well as the one on Thornydale and Ina and got a Large Eegees with 3 flavors and was so incredibly disappointed This location gave me 3/4 of my cup full of the strawberry, which is my least favorite, the flavor of the month and then this small scoop of my favorite flavor, which is the pina colada It ruined my afternoon I was looking forward to getting an Eegees and don't go out to eat all that often So when I do, it is a treat for myself It just ruined my Eegees eating experience So I thought I would give another location a try and the exact same thing happened! They weren't as bad as the chick did at this location several months ago But it was the same What is the point of allowing someone to choose multiple flavors if the person working there isn't even going to attention to give it to you in equal portions?? Needless to say, I haven't been back to Eegees since
