Love their food, but hate that they prioritize drive-thru orders over counter orders for carry-out. I decided to park and walk in for a carry-out because there were two cars in the drive-thru making orders. After 15 minutes waiting inside and watching more than a dozen cars go by the window, I asked why my order was taking so long. The answer: "We focus and drive-thru orders, they get priority." Sorry Eegees, that's poor customer service to say the least.

I've been going to eegees for years and never made a review. I almost always hit the drive through but I had to use the restroom (which is in fine condition). The recent review about wait times is something to be noted. I had a pleasant interaction with a kind woman. Think her name was catie? I don't hear so well but you can hear the smile in some folks. She knows what she's doin. Got my order knocked out. Bathroom. Then waited. And waited. For the amount of traffic this place gets I would think they could staff up a bit more. This clearly isn't the first review to notice the staffing issues? Idk but I would hope the manager would pay attention to this type of thing. No reason to give me anxiety of my short lunch break ending before I even get my food. Aside from that. Food is almost always consistent, thankfully. Fries are almost always good in my opinion. Eegees is one of those places you gotta take someone to if they are from out of town. However, I'm not totally sure if this would be the location. Not saying it needs a total overhaul but maybe needs a few more people to help on the customer demand. I'll check again in the future and update accordingly 🤜🤛 you can do it eegees be the cult classic we all hype you up to be.

I just went through the drive through and the gentleman taking our order was incredibly kind and we received our food very quickly. I don’t even feel like I have to write a review of the food because it’s always BUSSIN!

We ordered a sandwich fries and chicken. Most would think this would take at most ten minutes, but with 8 employees working surely it would take even less time. That was not the case. After waiting for what seemed an eternity the food finally came out. 26 minutes later our food was brought to us like nothing happened. Don’t bring old people here as they might die while they wait. If you like to sit and wait for your food im a mediocre fast food restaurant for mediocre food this is the place.

Never been to an eegees like this. Ordered chilli cheese fries and waited 50 min and still never got it. Asked for a refund and they told me it would be out soon. That's not how it works.. " manager" game me a refund

The staff was absolutely a delight (friendly, attentive and just a joy to work with). The food was fantastic and made correctly the first time (shouldn't be amazing but it is). My tuna on wheat tasted like pickles but that's because I forgot to request none (I lived, 🤣). My kids loved their pretzels and a portion of our purchase supported a local school. Can't ask for better from a business. We'll done. P.S. The store is clean but they need new tables. The wear on them gives the impression of dirty.

Fries were ice cold after I ordered them extra crispy. Would have rather waited 20 minutes for them to cook them then 2 minutes for cold fries. Super sad

The fries were not completely cooked this time around showing no quality in providing a good meal for the $$$ sandwich stuck to the paper and appeared soggy. No oil and vinegar just turkey with cheese one or two tomatoes lettuce , the basics. Dissapointed for sure. Price was damn near 50 dollars 2 sandwiches 2 large eegees and 2 lrg fries
