If it was possible to give.negative stars, I would. They gave me a wrong sandwich and when I brought it to their attention, they said they would remake. Many other orders were fulfilled without a remake. Inattentive, unfriendly, and incapable of doing simple tasks. My recommendation is to stay away. There are plenty of other sandwich shops. Very sad that I am crossing off Eegees as a place to visit when I am in Tucson.

We ordered a sandwich fries and chicken. Most would think this would take at most ten minutes, but with 8 employees working surely it would take even less time. That was not the case. After waiting for what seemed an eternity the food finally came out. 26 minutes later our food was brought to us like nothing happened. Don’t bring old people here as they might die while they wait. If you like to sit and wait for your food im a mediocre fast food restaurant for mediocre food this is the place.
Update, I figured they might need some time to fix the issues, so I waited a year. To their credit our order was a little big but not crazy. We have waited so long space x was able to launch and land a rocket. The food still hasn’t come out and I’ve had the time to send this review to a publishing firm for edits and got it back. This is honestly ridiculous.
Also there was some strange sticky substance in the eegee.

Soggy disappointing sandwich. It took 20 minutes to serve four cars in the drive-through. Bread is noticeably thinner and more airy than ten years ago. The vinaigrette had soaked through the bun as well as the wrapper, and there was way too much of it. Ranch fries were light on ranch. The eegees frozen treat was just as good though. Probably won’t be coming back for the food.

There is a reason eegees is getting the wrap they are - they don’t care - the people that work there don’t care - it’s apparent everyone you go there - we ordered all 5 kinds of fries - one ranch - this happens every time - we asked specifically- the whole reason people go here is your famous for this specific product - I will never go back -

These guys always take significantly longer than they say they will. They'll sit there and tell you over and over that the order's almost ready or it's coming right out when it apparently hasn't even been started yet

I ordered a turkey sub and it would have been a good sub except for one thing: they forgot to put turkey in the turkey sub! That’s right, I just had a pickle, tomato and lettuce sub with a little provolone. It’s kind of like ordering a hamburger and they forget the hamburger. How does that even happen? Very disappointing. The 3 stars for service is because the delivery driver was nice.

My son went here to get the family dinner. Came home. Sandwich was wrong. Asked for meat. Cheese and mayo only. Sent my son back. He came home and it was STILL wrong so he went back a THIRD time. They gave him attitude about THEM messing up the sandwich THREE TIMES. Not a brain cell between them all. Do not recommend! This is probably why the company is going under. Their staff is SUPER smart.
