This location is probably the worst in tucson. Its a shame because my family loves eegee's and it's so close to my home. They consistently get my order incorrect. I don't think I've ever had a complete order in all the times I've gone to this location. They never put the extra sauces i pay for, this is especially frustrating when you have a service deliver because you don't notice until after the driver is gone and the only option is to go down yourself to get what you payed for. This defeats the purpose of delivery. So you just end up eating the cost and not getting what you paid for. Whenever possible, I avoid the west valencia location and drive the extra distance because of the service. This location needs one person to quality check every order before it leaves to ensure accuracy long enough to figure out the problem and remediate it. Its also very slow service but I wouldn't mind if the food was correct.

Amazing!!! First time here. Loved their Eegees frozen drinks with real chunks of fruit! Their pizza pretzel was delicious.. Next time I'll try something different. From what I saw and tasted, their food is good. Their bathrooms, however, left a bit to be desired as for cleanliness! But I had to go!!!
Parking: I love the artwork other bases of the posts that hold up the roof over the outdoor seating area!!!!

My husband and I, went the night before to place an order for a 3 foot eegee and a fun pack for the next morning, 9/28/24 at 10 a.m. They open at 9:30 and informed me that they need 30 minutes before. Hence the trip last night to their establishment. The gentleman that took my order and the manager informed us not pay until we pick up the order, we asked if we can pay then and the manager said no. I call this morning to check to see if my order was ready, which we needed for a very important meeting. The manager this morning was extremely rude saying that I needed to pay before placing the order, I informed her of what was discussed with the previous manager and she very rudely said, "well, come and pay for it and we'll make it for you". I asked her if it could get started and I'd be on my way, due to the misinformation. She very rudely again said, come pay and we'll make it! Never, EVER again will I or my family be a customer at this establishment again.

I love Eegees and always have. I know ownership recently changed hands but it's still my favorite fast food restaurant in Tucson. The food is always tip notch and the service is great. Highly recommend!

I love this place. The workers there are very nice too.
Waited for 30 mins for my food. And the kids who work here were laughing and not paying no mind when we attempted several times for our order and to no avail nothing. It's sad that this establishment is a perfect example of not coming here losing service and definitely didn't put a smile to my family and I. So sad and just disappointing. We shall not return period.

The service here is for sure baaaad! I made an online order at my home. It took me 15 minutes to get down to this location since they are close by so it should have been ready, or so I thought! I get there and I wait another 20 minutes. Not like I ordered anything big, just a party ranch fry (over salted by the way) and a medium Pina Colada eegee. Most of the time I stood waiting at the "Pick Up line" with no greeting and like I wasn't there. So I went over to the order line to let them know I was there for the mobile order. Once they brought out my order of fries I had to remind the guy I was still waiting on the eegee. I notice this seems to be the trend with service at these eegees that were built from the shipping containers. If you go to a normal brick and mortar store the service is always better there.
Update: 7/26/2024 placed another mobile order for 2 small pickle eegees. Not busy at all still took 20 mins to get order.

I have tried to stay away from this location because all the times I was a passenger and came it they always took very long and some of the food items are a little overpriced for what u get. Nonetheless-
I decided to make a visit other day it was hot, I just got off of work and was like heck I would love a good egees!
So I went ordered 2 monsoon dog meals the first window last asked me if I wanted ranch ketchup etc. Handed me my spoon and straw for both drinks. But at the second window I waited a 5-7 minutes but if felt like eternity at a drive through window and someone was stuck behind me and also forced to wait for me to get my food.
Long story short i figured well at least my food is fresh! I get home, no fries ? on either meal. It was so hot and they took sooo long I did not wanna go back that same day. So I called she took my name and assured me I can come back to get the 2 fries for the meal.
Fast forward to today I went back reluctantly and figured well I'm getting 2 fries I'll get two drinks and give one to my dad. Right of the bat when I started to explain at the order board the man was very snappy with his responses and just told me to pull forward. He gave me my drinks no straw and spoons for either and told me to pull forward so I did- get to the window the lady is nice she smiles and tells me to have a good day and I'm thinking like okay ?? at least they fixed their mistake. I get home and I have 1 large fry ? I have no idea if the two fries would have amounted to a large but it just looked very pathetic and underfilled. :( so yeah the original meals were $7+ so idk kinda sucks I like egees but this location is not worth the visit
