Not going there anymore since they changed their reward system in their app and since they started shoving the wrapping paper into the sandwiches. Tired of pulling wads of dressing soaked wrapper out of my sandwich.

Absolutely horrible service. We were the only people there. Party of three. 18 minutes for the meals. Fries were old. Maybe double cooked. No drinks available when the food came out. Asked and they questioned if I paid for them. Showed my receipt and got the cold treatment. Pigeons all over the place. Employees were rude and no other customers. Will not go back. Even if it was free. Terrible

Went several times to get something to eat and had horrible service every time I go there they are always out of cups. Out of toppings, out of flavors. My brother and I ordered fries, there were about only 2 cars in the drive thru, and no one in the sitting area waited 20 minutes for fries thst were not cooked all the way through. You advertise toppings but every time I go there they never have them. If you are not going to have stock, then dont advertise it.

I will drive across the city to a different location before I order from this one again. Repeated the order 3 times at the box and still had to repeat it at the window. Nobody knows anyone's name for accountability. Manager Alexis refused to give any higher up information and informed me to call on Tuesday to the store and talk to someone then. Every French fry in the order was 1/2 inch long... absolutely horrible experience.

So this place used to be good. Then it just went down hill for some reason. Went twice to get food and there and they got it wrong. Today we gave them another try and, well, they did it again. 1st, the person taking our order couldn't even hear us on the speaker. 2nd, We ordered 2 whole pizza subs and only got one whole one and a half one. Charged me for 2 whole subs. Then ordered a large fry and didn't get that. Order ranch fries for the wife and kids but where was the ranch? Whoever is running that place seriously needs to do better cause im not ordering food from them anymore. At least they got the drinks right. Gotta do better guys. Not happy at all.
