When I walked in to pickup my online order this afternoon I saw a very young staff and that usually means mediocre service.
But not today. I was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady (I was a little early and my fries were still frying). I had a seat and another pleasant young employee walked my eegee to me to enjoy while I was waiting and then another very pleasant young man brought my food over to me rather than me having to get up to get it. My order was perfect and literally everyone at that shop was attentive, respectful and there to serve the customers, great job guys! I was in on January 6, 2026 at about 4:15pm

Me and my girlfriend went to this place and the customer service was fine, but it was what we seen in the counter area where they make the sandwiches. The spot was flat out filthy and just a mess everywhere. I noticed I got real sick after I left there. Hopefully the staff there see this comment and get the cleaning going. That is unacceptable to go to a place where they are that careless.

On July 25th I ordered ranch fries and they gave me ranch fries with no ranch. I also ordered a deluxe grinder, it did not have house dressing inside, they gave me the house dressing on the side and charge me extra for the house dressing. I went here on my lunch break and I did not have the time to go back.

I stopped by the drive through today to get the full deluxe, turkey provolone, fries, and a large flavor of the month. When I put my number in for my rewards, the older woman taking our order told us that we had a free small eegee. Everything was great until this point.

We asked for her to give us a small flavor of the month, and she had the gall to tell us NO. She said, because we got a large eegee, she was not going to get us the free small, and that we would have to come and get it next time we were there...

I'm not coming back to this location until attitudes have been adjusted. You are in the food SERVICE industry. It's not that hard to just give us the pickle!

Faith \u0026 Trust

Yuck! Eeggee's either got a bad patch or they changed their strawberry recipe. I purchased a strawberry last Thursday and it had a very distasteful after taste. I have had plenty of eeggees over the years so I brushed it off as a one time thing. But the next day, at a different store I got the same ugly after taste. I have to wonder if they have changed the recipe to save cost? What a shame.
