The employees are consistently unpleasant, rude, and slow. This is easily one of the worst eegees in the city and it employs some of the worst humans I’ve ever encountered.

Young black lady with a horrible attitudein drive thru(will be asking for name)2/17/23 2pm. Gave me attitude for bringing back a stwbry/pina eegee that literally had two spoonfuls of strawberry. I tried to show and explain and she pushed new drink in my hand as she sternly said "here!" I told her she needs a better attitude to be in customer service as she shut window in my face. Would added pic but eegee is on floor in parking lot... I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt negative vibes when I first pulled up. Why put people with horrible cust serv in drive thru?

Thus location seemed understaffed, only one person making sandwiches (slowly). Food was still yummy but the process took way longer than I am used to. Looks like they priortize the drivethru.... I'll stick with that from now on.

It is strange to go somewhere and feel like an imposition when you’re giving the money. Drink machines constantly out of specific flavors. Quality of food and staff declining. Probably my last time going here.

Can you really say you visited Tucson without a stop at Eegee's? I grew up with it, my kids grew up with it, and we never miss a stop there when back in town! Always delicious!
I stopped in here with some friends on impulse because my friend mentioned a new coconut flavour of eegee. Upon ordering the staff was confused and did not know what I was referencing despite it being advertised on the revolving board. Fries were both overcooked but also had been sitting out for a long time, they were all mostly small crumbs of fries. During our meal one member our party used the restroom which had to be accessed with a key. At the end of our meal a member of our party wanted to wash their hands but they were told the bathrooms were closed.. odd. Even more odd was that another employee asked them why they refused us, and they seemed to be arguing about it in the back. The whole time it seemed like the staff was breaking down the kitchen to close for the night, but it wasn't even 7 pm and they did not close until 10 pm. We felt very unwelcome by specifically one of the younger female staff members.
