This was my first time ever visiting an Eegee’s, and unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed. We made a point to find one of the newer-looking locations to try and get the best first experience possible, but it still fell short. The restaurant was not clean there was trash left around several tables, and it clearly wasn’t due to being busy since we were the only ones there. To make matters worse, we saw a roach on the floor right in front of the counter.
The food was just okay. The “Eegees,” which are basically slushies, were hard to drink and not very enjoyable. The pretzels were probably the worst I’ve ever had dry, bland, and lacking any real flavor. All that to say, I won’t be going back to an Eegees. Definitely a disappointing first and last visit.

Oh Eegee's how you continue to disappoint me; this location can't get an order right to save their lives and good luck getting crispy fries, why do you put cold sandwiches and ranch on top of hot fries or even in the same bag? The sandwiches are bland now and super generic even though they've raised prices through the roof. Honestly no reason to eat here anymore, if you want to relive the nostalgia of Eegee's past you're better off going to Slice & Ice for a way more affordable and better tasting expirence.

WORST customer service I have ever had at an eegees location so rude rushed my entire order threw my food and sauce out the window I just cannot believe they tolerate this behavior after spending 20+ EACH and then to deal with attitudes like these. What a shame no wonder you are going out of business.

Such a bummer how this chain has failed. Sub par food, over priced like crazy and charge for every small extra. Even the employees apologize constantly because they know it all sucks.
Eegee's subs are the best, but its the slushy of the month that brings us back. Their new chicken strips are yummy too!

Manager MJ is very unprofessional and inconsiderate he may replace food that was made incorrectly but didn’t offer refund or complimentary meal for future visit which I wouldn’t care to return anyways…so disappointed.

Don't bother going to that eegee's on i-19 and Irvington there is a guy there where's a earring in his nose with a booger hanging out and looks like he hasn't took a shower for a week very dirty
