How weird to be closed at 8:30 on a Friday night. Doors are locked. Employees are mopping up the floors. Can't get in.

I've never been to this restaurant before and I've been to this location twice. Bathroom is clean. The little play area is fantastic. The inside seems to always be in the process of being cleaned by somebody even though it already looks clean, which is pretty awesome. So it seems like this place is never dirty. Explaining the menu items was pleasant from the person at the counter and the food came out very quickly. Nice environment. Good prices. I will be coming back

There was this amazing lady that took my order. I've never felt so welcome in a fast food restaurant, she takes pride in herself and her job. That is something to admire, she was super lovely, patient and overall amazing. I would definitely like to come back again for that type of service. I unfortunately never caught her name.

I have to say, I am not happy. I had an order placed. I came through and the order was over done. I was given someone elses order and when I called back the individual started she was the assistant manager. I spent $40+ dollars and no one was willing to assist. I am besides myself. I'm angry and sad that the child hood sub place takes advantage of their customers.
I was not provided a receipt at time of receiving the food. I would like eegees to please answer. i don't understand why we feel the need to treat consumers this way..

Would have been 5 stars however for the prices I feel like food could have come out faster fries could have been fresher and hotter and sandwich could have been less bland. Staff were very friendly and helpful and store was clean.

I am a Tucsonian who moved to but I remember birthday parties with giant grinders cut into smaller portions and a cooler full of Eegees. My kids heard me describe this and said they want their birthday parties like this as well. It's been a few years since I have been to an Eegees. I was sad to hear they have filed for bankruptcy and hope they can continue to operate. I had a toasted deluxe grinder and i found it had the same taste as it always has had for decades. The bread is different now, less airy and more squishable than the ones from years ago but I still enjoyed it. The Eegees was exactly the same and my kids devoured the Hollyberry. They also loved the chicken tenders and ranch fries stating it was amongst the best they had had. Service was fantastic, very friendly and inviting. There was a stream of people getting take out and delivery so although the eat in may be less busy it was good to see people ordering out.
Kid-friendliness: Have picky eater children who enjoyed this place. They don't like sandwiches but Eegees has lots of alternatives like soft pretzels, chicken tenders, and French fries and of course the frozen slushy cups that are unique to the establishment in usually at least 5 flavors.
