Miss and demand the old recipe of eegee's, the real sugar. The real fruit new recipe is not original and it's not tasty. It does not make two senses. Stand out or give Tucson a name. Customer relations with eegee's has changed and employees are 50 able to provide customer service. Management is questionable. Overall, what used to be the number one place has just turned into another dried up shop in the desert because of changing the ingredients

Went here a couple weeks ago after leaving the zoo to get some treats for my kids. Not only was I met with probably the most rude staff I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant or fast food establishment, we went through the drive-through and the young gentleman kept my debit card. After I realized he didn’t give it back, I parked my car tried to go inside and was met with a locked lobby door. Mind you this was around 8:30 PM, so the lobby was supposed to be open still. I was told to go back around to the drive-through, but then was told that they did not have my card. All while I was checking my bank account and saw multiple charges on my card after the charge that I made all at the at this same establishment while the people inside are telling me they don’t have my card. They are using it and swiping it multiple times for other people’s orders. I am watching it all happen in real time on my banking app. So if you want to be robbed, then go ahead and go to the establishment. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The employees are to busy on Social Media or not listening to Your order. Asked for no pickle, onion, peppacinis so they PILED that stuff on. I tried calling them from 11am till 6pm NO ANSWER. Unbelievable

Eegee's is known for the one of a kind refreshing frozen drinks and as far as my drink goes I was not disappointed. The food here is mediocre at best. I prefer jimmy John's sandwiches but even more so- Subway. My fries were a little too brown and crispy like the edges of white bread damn near and then the skimped in my ranch on top. The least one could do was COVER if not damn near DROWN the mistakenly overcooked fries so I couldn't see or tell they were forgotten about in the fryer. Anyway, the counter help was nice enough but there are a lot of younger people at this location so a lot of horseplayvwent on in the back and boisterous laughing which I don't particularly mind, I mean, it's wonderful if u enjoy your job and have fun at work. But the operative word in that sentence was WORK. When you joking around and co-worker interactions interfere with doing your job efficiently and promptly then it's time to check yourself. A customer shouldn't have to wait 9 minutes for French fries and a drink. (Had u not been laughing so boisterously like a loud ass hyena perhaps you would have heard the constant beeps coming from the fryer for the past 6 minutes). Lol. Just kidding. Your laugh wasn't all THAT bad.

I came in yesterday and felt very welcomed I had trouble ordering and luckily Kylie was very sweet to me and helped me find a perfect lunch and I highly recommend the watermelon eggee it was delicious and I will definitely be coming back to this location thank you guys!!!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable customer service I received at your eegee’s location on 29th and Alvernon on the evening of June 2nd, 2025, at approximately 8:05 PM.

From the moment I began placing my order at the drive-thru, the male employee taking my order was impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. He repeatedly rushed me, spoke over me, and even gave me a total before I had finished ordering. When I politely informed him that I wasn’t done, he condescendingly replied that he was ā€œjust telling me the total,ā€ and continued interrupting me while making assumptions about what I was ordering. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable or confident that my food would be handled appropriately, so I chose to cancel the order entirely.

When I drove up to the window to express that I would not be accepting the order due to the employee’s behavior, he immediately walked away to speak with another staff member. A young female employee then appeared at the window, and I calmly asked for the male employee’s name. She ignored my question, asked how she could help, and when I repeated my request, she laughed and refused to provide his name.

This entire encounter was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly unacceptable for any business that values its customers. I am deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled, and I will not be returning to this location. Additionally, I intend to share my experience publicly to inform others in the community.

I expect a formal apology from both employees involved, appropriate corrective action, and the names of the individuals so this complaint can be properly documented. Training in basic customer service, respect, and professionalism is clearly needed at this location.
