Probably the worst hot pot place I've been. I was shocked to check their website and see it wasn't a chain. Most of the options were highly processed and the broth was kind of flavorless. Staff there was nice but I would never go back - even if it was free (which this was because we had gift cards)
Fresh, delicious, quality ingredients Korean food Kotu on Oracle is my favorite.

I was really disappointed at the mediocre yet very overpriced Hot pot here. With hot pot as their signature dish, I would have expected much, much better, maybe Taiwan level hot pot,or at least up to the generic hot pot at cheap places I've had in Texas, California, and Utah It hurts even more to pay such a premium price for such a mediocre signature dish. Their other a la carte Chinese food was pretty decent. Service for our group was exceptionally poor with the server messing up several orders even though they were very simple, bringing extra items for which we were charged but did not order, like extra meat for hot pot, not bringing the meat for Hot pot until halfway through our meal, and pretty much forgetting to bring anything for one member of our group until everyone else was almost finished
Overall, I might go back for their a la carte Chinese food, but recommend you not go to eHotPot for hot pot, which was mediocre to bad at a premium price.

You can’t get better hot pot Szechuan style in Tucson. It may look like a casual place, but the food is excellent and the service is on point.

Clean, appealing ambiance. Fair prices and fair helpings. I had their spicy beef soup which was indeed spicy. I ordered mine with rice noodles. It was good and my only complaint would be that the broth lacked depth. I would recommend simmering the broth in more beef bones for a longer time to give the broth greater depth. But, all in all, i enjoyed the experience.
First time dinning here. A fun meal! The food was very good. Service was friendly and very attentive. Would recommend and will be back.

This place is hands down the worst hotpot restaurant I’ve ever encountered, and it’s beyond me how they’ve managed to stay in business. From the moment we walked in, the experience was disastrous. The restaurant was hosting a reception, which turned the atmosphere into a loud, chaotic mess. Despite ordering well before the large group, it took over 30 stupid minutes just to receive our pot of raw ingredients – something that should have been quick and simple. Once we finally got our food, it took another 10 insane minutes to even get it cooking. To make matters worse, the staff seemed utterly incompetent and careless. We had no napkins, no water refills despite several requests, and they couldn’t even get the bill right, forcing us to wait while they fumbled around. Even a decent appetizer can’t salvage an experience this miserable.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST – it’s not worth your time or money.

Seafood Hot Pot 海鮮鍋 (Napa Cabbage, sweet corn, shiitake mushroom, Japanese pumpkin, tomatoes, fresh tofu, taro, fish cake, shrimp, clams, fish filet, green mussel, scallop), Hot & Spicy Soup 麻辣火鍋湯底
It's not all-you-can-eat like other hot pot places in Phoenix, but our food was good & sauce station had everything we expected to see, which is a big factor in a hot pot meal. Every seat has its own burner so everyone can order exactly what they want. I was glad the meat was still served raw on the side, so it wouldn't be overcooked with the other items that come already cooked in the pot when it arrives at your table. The smoked plum juice was so good, I wish I could find it in Phoenix.

The seafood and koren kimichi hotpots were amazing. The scallion pancakes are delicious! Sophie was an amazing waitress. She helped us make a delicious dipping sauce.

I tried 3 different dishes - seafood noddle, pork cutlet, and spicy squid. We couldn't finish it. They were not authentic.
I've lived in Phoenix for several years and have never found truly great taiwanese food. Imagine my surprise after recently moving to Tucson, that there is a wholly authentic and delicious taiwanese restaurant here, every bite a memory of my childhood. I definitely did not expect it. I can't wait to come back and try the hot pots next!
