The food has always been decent, most of the staff is awesome. I dont want to Karen here but if Jerry is working the next time I stop in, I will just go somewhere else. I found him abrasive and condesending and I dont care to deal with him again.

I order Einstein bros almost every day I love their breakfast, they have a bomb farm house with yummy sauwz on it and their hash browns are just what I need to get “full”

Good food , always busy. Don't come unless youre ready to wait - they should open another location and be open later than 2pm , would definitely get more business.
The drive thru gal talked too fast and was hard to understand. She was also quick and seemed in a hurry. I Felt rushed. My first ever at Einsteins. The food was good, however not prepared as I had asked. Drive thru gal asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes, she never gave it to me.

Last time I came here there was a hair in my food and I figured it was maybe just a one time thing but today I came in again and found 2 hairs in my sandwich. Disappointing because I love Einsteins.

The two women who work in the morning look like they need attitude adjustments. They seem to be very rude whether it’s their body language or how they address you at the window need to hire more friendly people. Otherwise the food is great over there just not the early morning service.

Service is fantastic. Even on so brief a visit, the high level service stands out. I apologize that I did not get the name of female who took my order. This was my second visit but I saw how she knew her regulars. She made each one feel special.
FOOD: Bagel was fresh and delicious. Coffee was also very good!
