The middle aged Hispanic guy with black hair (not sure if it was the manager or not) was rather rude to my mom that had Alzheimer’s. He was being really impatient with her and it really pissed me off. Will not be returning. Do better. If you can’t be patient with elderly people go work somewhere else. You have no reason to be pompous.

Unfortunately, the worst Einsteins in town skip it and go to the one on Oracle consistently slow, consistently gets orders wrong, consistently is not open until the posted closing times.

Whether stopping in with the bike group after a morning ride or picking up a dozen bagels, service and food are always the best! Jerry Reyes and his staff are friendly and quick to fill the orders.
Everyone is always so nice and the bagels taste good for Arizona (nothing beats an east coast bagel lol) I get a bagel once every other week and sometimes a drink. Downside is they don’t tell you they are out of a certain size so they just give you a different size no matter what you pay. They usually fix it when you get there to pick up your order🤍
