Got my order totally wrong, if they just looked at the receipt the would have realized they forgot to put Sausage in my sandwich and didn’t even make my drink, I had to ask them for it. Paid $16 for a crappy drink and meatless sandwich. Better off going to Breuggers.

WOW....what a disappointment. We were here years ago when this place first opened and before being owned by Panera bread. It was good then but not now. Now....Service was horrible with one worker dismissing me completely, another ignoring. Did order a turkey bagel sandwich to share, don't bother, and two iced caramel coffees....also don't bother. Took 6 bagels home which ended up not being good and two cream cheese with zero flavor. Place is filthy dirty, old, beat up and abused. Sad....go elsewhere.

Food and bagels are great thank god. DONT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! They are the SLOWEST drive thru ever. Sat in line of 5 cars for over 30 min. Saw 5-6 people park, go in and get their order, and leave before we ever placed an order. If you are in a hurry don’t stop here. Almost always mess up order or forget something as well. Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. Not worth the time. Go somewhere else. We will not be going here any time soon.

This has to be one of the slowest drive-thrus in Tucson, if not the state of Arizona. It took literally 35 minutes to get *toasted bagels.* I honestly don't understand how bagels can take so long. Do not expect to get in and out of the drive-thru in less than 20 minutes. Not worth it. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

I just waited 20 minutes in the drive through line with literally only 1 person ahead of me. I barely gave my order and waited almost another 10 minutes, but at that point, I was pissed. Do better.

Do not recommend!! Twice now our order was messed up. Today we stopped in the drive thru, we ordered one Asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese, and a wheat bagel not toasted with cream cheese. We had to repeat the order 3 times. We got to the window, and the person handed me the Asiago and it wasn't toasted. We when pointed it out she claimed we didn't order it that way, that she read the order back to us and we agreed with her. She did not read it back to us. When we asked for the wheat bagel she claimed that we didn't order one, I told yes we did, three times. She rolled her eyes and rang up the wheat one. They finally got the first bagel right told us to have a good day, and still hadn't given us the wheat one. When they finally did give it to us, (after we asked for it)it was plain as in no cream cheese. Never ever going there again.
Horrible customer service! We pulled in the drive thru at 1:52….they close at 2. Sat there, said hello? No answer, pulled up to the window and there was a guy sweeping and he just looked up at me and turned around and kept sweeping, ignoring the fact we were sitting at the window. I would have totally understood him coming to tell me they were closed, but instead we got completely ignored. So rude! Will not be returning to this location, the Oracle location completely blows this one away. I’m not even sure how it’s still open. We have had several bad experiences here and I continue to give it a chance.

First time trying breakfast sandwiches at Einstein Bros Bagels. It was a little before 8 am so we were expecting a long line and to have to wait.... but, we had barely finished ordering and paying and our sandwiches were ready!! Great customer service, courteous and friendly, as well as FAST! Oh, and the sandwiches..... YUM.

Ordered the all nighter and farmhouse breakfast sandwiches and no sooner paid for them and they had the order ready. I was very impressed considering how busy the drive thru and inside was. Great service and sandwiches were delicious!

This was the 3rd time in 2 weeks that we arrived to wait at the register for more than 5 minutes. Twice we left and this time decided to wait. It was 8 minutes before we were waited on. 6 people working behind the counter were more concerned with the drive-thru and online orders. The manager was chit-chatting with someone at the register, the transaction was long done. When he walked away, he filled online orders while we stood there. The coffee was far below the expected quality like the pots were not cleaned in quite some time. My bagel was not toasted as I requested. As much as we love Einstein bagels, I think we will be giving Brueggers a try for a while.
