Service is fantastic. Even on so brief a visit, the high level service stands out. I apologize that I did not get the name of female who took my order. This was my second visit but I saw how she knew her regulars. She made each one feel special.

The maplehouse egg sandwich with two eggs and a little bit of syrup is the best breakfast by far. Including bacon and a French toast top and bottom, this sandwich beats any breakfast at some of the top chains such as McDonald's and Chik Fil A. They also have a drive thru. Would recommend, and will be back soon.

The place over seems good my complaint is I was doing a door dash here and my order was supposed to be done around 9:14 am and 9:30 has come and passed I understand a place being busy it was breakfast time but watching there cook put walk ins ahead of orders that have been placed 20 plus mins early makes it to ware i would not order delivery from this place. Just me I guess

Good food but terrible service, drive thru was abandoned and had to walk in, upon doing so the employees had a terrible attitude. Walked out after waiting 40 min after ordering with nobody in the place

Why even have a drive-thru? We waited for 40 minutes from start to finish. We stuck it out, but I have to say I have never waited that long for any kind of quick service food ever, regardless if it was dine in or drive-thru. The bagels were also smaller than they used to be. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Got my order totally wrong, if they just looked at the receipt the would have realized they forgot to put Sausage in my sandwich and didn’t even make my drink, I had to ask them for it. Paid $16 for a crappy drink and meatless sandwich. Better off going to Breuggers.

WOW....what a disappointment. We were here years ago when this place first opened and before being owned by Panera bread. It was good then but not now. Now....Service was horrible with one worker dismissing me completely, another ignoring. Did order a turkey bagel sandwich to share, don't bother, and two iced caramel coffees....also don't bother. Took 6 bagels home which ended up not being good and two cream cheese with zero flavor. Place is filthy dirty, old, beat up and abused. Sad....go elsewhere.

Food and bagels are great thank god. DONT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! They are the SLOWEST drive thru ever. Sat in line of 5 cars for over 30 min. Saw 5-6 people park, go in and get their order, and leave before we ever placed an order. If you are in a hurry don’t stop here. Almost always mess up order or forget something as well. Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. Not worth the time. Go somewhere else. We will not be going here any time soon.
