I love the food here but usually the window people aren’t the nicest. Specially the one girl I had today in the early morning. Felt really rushed thru my order and super impatient. I’m sorry, but if you are having a bad day, we get it, but don’t take it out on your customers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm not sure what happened to this location! Terrible service, terrible food! When you tell them they served expired rotten food they act like you're lying. They can't even get one freaking item right! This place is a joke! Don't waste your time you will end up going somewhere else for breakfast!

The drive-thru is the slowest drive-thru ever. A mess. I don't know why it takes so long, but I'm not coming here anymore because it repeatedly takes them 10-plus minutes to get more than 3 cars through. Please get it together in the drive-thru.

Bagels always hit the spot but I just don’t understand why the drive through is so slow… 2 cars in front of me and nearly 20 minutes later I have my bagel. What’s the hold up?

Service was good but wow this building needs an upgrade. Slow cash register, broken toilet, seats falling apart, shades that don’t adequately block the sun, everything is clearly old, etc.

I went to this location and ordered a nova lox and was told that there wasn't anymore. Then was told after picking another food item that I really had my heart set on nova lox, the worker admitted to me that the person who prepares salmon doesn't have any ready and they are twenty minutes from closing. If the store is still open and the customer wants an order it should be made. It's one thing to be out of an item and another when the item is there and they don't want to prepare it because it's twenty minutes before closing. It was better that they didn't even admit that to me.

Excellent servos my the young man that tooky order. Friendly and welcoming. The cashier seemed distracted, even though the shop wasn't busy. The sandwich and iced chai were delicious. Service was quick. Thanks.

Do not I repeat do not go through the drive thru....I ordered 2 things and waited over 5 minutes at the window after I paid.... go inside and order it is much faster. The drive thru line with 4 people ahead of me took over 20 minutes. Food was ok but would not go out of my way to get it.

I had the brisket bagel sandwich with the green chile bagel instead of the jalapeño bagel (they were out) and it was so good. I also had a caramel cold brew shake. It tasted good but didn't give me any "get up and go". The drive thru was fast and the people were pleasant.

Stepping into Einstein's Bagels in Tucson feels like hitting a home run - and you know I've seen a lot of winners in my time. This place, right in the heart of Tucson, serves some of the best bagels you'll ever taste. I mean, we're talking New York-level quality, but with that unique Arizona charm.Their selection? Tremendous. From the classics to some innovative flavors, each bagel is baked to perfection. And don't even get me started on the spreads. Creamy, flavorful, and generously slathered on your choice of bagel. Every bite reminds me of what great American craftsmanship is all about. The staff here? First class. You'd think they were trained at some top-tier hospitality school. Prompt, friendly, and always with a smile. Makes you feel like you're more than just another customer, like you're a part of their community.Einstein's Bagels in Tucson is not just a bagel shop. It's a testament to what America is all about: taking something simple, perfecting it, and serving it with pride. If you're in Tucson and looking for a hearty breakfast or just a snack, this is your spot. A total winner in my book. Ronnie Rump gives it two thumbs up!

This was a way better visit at this Tucson location. Food was hot and fresh. Only one coffee flavor available at time because employees not monitoring whether full or not. Order was accurate!

Have been wanting a “real bagel” so we drove from OroValley to the vEinstein”s on Ina this morning. Three employees and nom one wAiting but it took several minutes of waiting before the girl took hour order. We ordered 6 bagels ton go. When we got home, there were only 5 bagels in the bag and the bagels were very dry and tough (possibly old). It was too far in rush hour traffic to go back. This was a our first and last trip to this Einstein’s.
