Bagel good but they are in such a hurry. Could not get a simple order correct. Asked for sliced, toasted, light seamer bagel. I received a heavy seamer, sliced not cut in half non toasted bagel. Keep in mind I only ordered one item. My lesson is to check my order before I leave.

You get what you'd expect from any Einstein Bros. The standard selection. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Sadly I got the wrong cream cheese twice and the staff was not very receptive when I asked to have this fixed.

I don’t know what is happening at the Einstein’s on Sunrise but everyone is always in a bad mood, the tables are dirty, and they always refuse to sell me bagels if it exceeds 6. What kind of a bagel place is it if they refuse to sell you bagels? Lately they have been telling me I now have to pay for the condiments. What happened to courtesy and professionalism?

My friend and I have been going to this Einstein's location for many years. We take our dogs, sit on the patio and enjoy our coffee and bagels on weekend mornings. However, this morning we were told by a young, female, very unfriendly employee that "if you can't control your dog, you won't be welcomed here anymore." Apparently someone had complained that the dog had growled at something or someone. So, instead of waiting to be told at some point that "we are no longer welcomed," it was made clear in a loud voice, so all customers could clearly hear, that we will never be going to this Einstein's location ever again.

Great place for a quick bite! My favorite is a cheddar cheese egg sandwich with either turkey sausage or bacon. I like their iced tea. It's clean here and service is fast and friendly.

Very slow and that's with hardly anyone in the lobby. I won't be returning since they made me feel I was interrupting their conversation. Not friendly and was not welcomed into the store. Stay away and find another location

Great breakfast or lunch spot. Bagel sandwiches and bagels to go. Friendly fast service and clean joint. We wanted quick bite on Thanksgiving day and they were one of few places open (although shorten hours and closed by noon). Cost was a fraction of what hotel charges for similar item. Lox on bagel was ok but the bagel itself was delicious. Nice touch adding capers and leaving it open faced.

Shoutout to LOGAN!! I Absolutely love this place! I’ve lived across the street for over a year and never tried Einstein bagels, that’s until today.
