My girlfriend hyped me up about these bagels, and I must admit they exceeded my expectations. We visited the place together and ordered a Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich and a Nova Lox. Both sandwiches were beyond delicious; the quality of the ingredients was evident, and the combinations were masterful. I think the only downside is that they seemed a bit small. Another positive point is the service at the place: fast, efficient, and very friendly. I visit the city frequently and had never noticed this place before. Now, it will be a must-stop every time I'm in Tucson.

Went through the drive thru and first she forgot the coffee. Then we checked the bag and she forgot the second hash brown. And when I tried to get her attention, she kept ignoring me. Finally a different employee saw me amd came and I told her what happened and she asked if I checked the bag. I opened the bag and showed her, and that's when she went and got another one. But there was no apology or anything. Probably will not be returning to that location.

Terrible service. I went in here with my daughter for a treat after she’d gotten out of the hospital since she loves bagels, just to be welcomed by a very rude employee “Jade” with an attitude. First, she took forever to take our order because she was on her phone, then when my daughter tried to get her attention she gave us a nasty look, rolling her eyes before taking our order. Then when I was getting my card out to pay, she said our total louder and with attitude as if trying to rush us back, the customer behind us even giving a confused look! Then when we were waiting for our food, which took forever because we saw her yet again on her phone! We will not be coming back here if we see “Jade” again, the other employee apologized for her which was kind. Not a fun trip right out the hospital.

The new country and gravy, with one egg bagel sandwich and especially the Maplewood with one egg bagel sandwich, with both bagel sandwiches comes with sausage and cheese I think are one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. No offense to you Starbucks. They were so delicious and tasty.
I want to give thanks to an employee by the name of Tatianna. Me and my wife had a prior situation with an order and today when coming back in for another wonderful bagel she recognized our faces and gave us the best deal ever for what we ordered! Employees like her need to be glorified for their commitment in continuing costumers coming even after a mistake. Thank you Tatianna and God bless you!

So I went to this location but the bathroom was so disgusting, the floors were dirty and the counters. The furniture and tables were dilapidated and not cleaned. This was early in the morning. I wonder how it looks til they close. It was hard to eat there in these conditions. Should have took pictures.
