I really liked the tasty turkey sandwich bagel - gave me all I needed to start my day, and was fresh and crispy. You also get a small bag of potato chips free of charge :)

I’m really happy to finally have an Einstein’s on the south side--such a great and convenient location for those of us coming from Green Valley. I truly want this store to succeed.
My only concern was the product quality. The bagel I ordered was EXTREMELY dry. Very surprising as they're usually very consistent (other locations).
I’m sharing this in hopes that the team can take a look at the baking process. I’d love to come back once the quality improves.

I was so impressed by the energy and service with the staff here. So attentive and friendly and you can see each member working hard to keep up with all the pick up orders as well as walk in orders. Store was clean and effective.

First time here & was expecting a bit better, the employees were not rude, but they definitely were not nice or had good customer service at all. Just very blank faced, no smiling. Also my bagel had no flavor at all, felt like they added no salt at all to my egg, only thing giving it flavor was the avacado 🥲

First time coming here! WOW! So good. I got the cinnamon bagel with honey cream cheese. Which was sooooo good. I also got cold coffee with whipped cream. Yum. I wish we had one in our city!
