SUPER PRICEY , the staff did not pass the vibe check ! They don’t even seem Mexican ! This is the whitest MEXICAN FOOD I EVER ATE , I had to head over to filibertos right after to cleanse my pallet with their horchata! Overall 1/10 … My Mexican brothers and sisters .. stay far away from this restaurant leave this to the gringos !

The Ladies who helped us were extremely nice and accommodating with meeting all our requests, even with our big party. The raspados were delicious. Banana splits were good as well and fresh fruit.

I had a agua de piña that tasted like it was mixed with dirty towels. I had a cup of corn With more cheese than corn, zero flavor everything was disgusting. Don’t waste your money people.

They have a drive thru but they don't seem to know how to service customers in the drive thru window. I've had to leave 3 times because of waiting way too at the window for someone to take my order. They never come. Otherwise the food is great to satisfy your street food cravings.

So I got a steak burrito, the steak was a little dry. Nothing in it but steak and a little pico, salsa on the side, the guacamole on the side was in a little plastic sack (yuk) and the guacamole was terrible. I paid $10 the most basic burrito I have ever been served. Well. I should have read the reviews beforehand, my fault.

Place looks cool but In all honesty kinda lacks on raspado skills not only that but staff is very unprofessional everything is just kinda ehh nothing to rave about.. rather take my business all the way to marymar raspados definitely more authentic

Just dont go. Read the reviews!!! I wish I would have..spent 32 bucks on corn and a raspado basically... I got served ice cold nachos. And charged for items i didnt receive.when i told the owner he insist the cheese was on the stove all morning and was hot. I said but my nachos are ice cold. He didnt offer to fix it so i asked for my money back. He refused to refund the amount paid for the cold nachos and the extra item he charged me. The sad thing is i also tipped them before i was provided the poor service. It also took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get cold nachos... I was excited to go here. The owner should not be running a business. The menu looked so good. But was served cold and manager refused to make it right. Crazy poor customer service. On the plus the cold nachos were good. I wish he would have just warmed up the cheese lol. Dont go sundays around 4 the service was crazy poor and food cold

Truly hated this place they are very slow, don’t even have anything they need to make the orders, their trash can was overflowing and it was a very very very long wait. I really would never recommend this place at all

I ordered on DoorDash so I couldn’t directly handle the situation myself. I tried calling but their number is not working. I never leave bad reviews either but I urge everyone to just not waste their time or money here.
I have heard great things about this place. Today I finally went. They just opened and I was the first in line. It took 25 minutes to get my order which was 2 things. I'm very picky about my cotel de elote, this one is very bland no taste, no flavor. Got the birra fries and when I got home they didn't put any nacho cheese or guacamole on it. To wait that long and not get it right for 2 things! I understand people have off days, but We will not be going back ill stick to my original place!!!

My husband and I went tonight, we got a cheese burger meal came with fries and aqua fresca . The cheeseburger was not cooked all the way and it was smothered with mayo! No onion no tomato no lettuce no pickles just a bunch of mayo. The strawberry raspado we got with ice cream was really good. I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend this place. Lower your price a bit and don't rush an order show a little love to your food and you will have people waiting in line at your door. Thank you....Update: 7/18/21So the owner decides to be rude and say we played with our food when we posted a review like we always do. I read the other reviews and whenever someone puts that their food is bad they turn around and write a response putting down the person writing the review??!! How do you run a business like that writing horrible responses?? I'm not one to bash a place I just write the review as I see the food. Just take the criticism as a learning tool and get better from it!! A true business owner would take bad reviews as stepping stones and be better. Sorry not sorry ??? El Chapo needs to open their eyes and do better!
