Speaking of El Charro Cafe, let me just say that the dining experience there was a gastronomic rollercoaster of delight. WOW! The food was insanely good, the kind that makes your taste buds do a little happy dance. The portion sizes? Let's just say you won't leave hungry, and the plate presentation is worthy of an art exhibit. The service and ambience didn't disappoint either; it was the cherry on top of our savory outing.
Went back with out of town guest.I had not been back for over 15 years.It was a fantastic experience. Food was excellent. We started with a share of Queso Fundido with chile & chorizo.My friend had never had this and loved it.It was much better than others I have tried around town.

We came to see what is the fuzz about this Café. Surprises me that their food actually really good. After we are rested on our table, we were served with chips and their Salsa dip is amazingly taste great. I ordered their Carne Seca Platter and chose the corn fita. I usually couldn't finish an adeqaute plate anf the meal was an experience that I will remember because it was really good.
