El Charro not only has incredible food but an amazing staff (we were fortunate enough to have Martha, definitely ask for her if you go) that made this not only a high tier meal with fuller depth in every bite (we were so surprised), but an experience all together embodying one of the best restaurant's we have ever gone to. I definitely recommend the QuesaBirria chimichanga and the Martha experience!!
We have been wanting to try this historic restaurant for quite some time. We were fortunate enough to have done so and definitely will be returning again. The service was great and our server Caleb was absolutely amazing. He not only answered a question my wife had about the meat selection, he was kind enough to bring us a sample to try out. Delicious, classic Sonoran food in an old school house converted to a restaurant and it's the oldest Mexican restaurant in town and spawned a bunch of spin offs around town that are equally as wonderful. The dried beef is very tasty and they have great salsa. Pretty huge menu and they have some great drink selections.
