We had a birthday dinner for a friend, and we were a group of 8. First of all, our server Sebastian was excellent! He handled all 8 of us like we were a party of 2, with most group members being picky eaters. Appetizers were great, we had the mini chimis, green chili quesadilla and the queso dip. Drinks were also great, Margaritas, mojitos, beers, whatnot. My girlfriend and I had the shrimp enchilada and the del Rey Chile relleno. Everything was fabulous. The green sauce on my chile relleno was a little too tangy for me, but that's just my taste. All in all, great location, good atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Oh, and it's easier to park vs. The downtown location.

Wonderful experience at El Charro Cafe Ventana! Service was super friendly and helpful. The salsa was a bit spicy for us, and they gave us a more mild red and a salsa verde, which were both very tasty! We ordered tableside guacamole, mango margaritas during happy hour, seafood enchiladas, and tamales. Finished our meal with fried some ice cream. The food was delicious, and I definitely recommend it!
I dream about the chips and salsa from Wl Charro. The main courses are incredible. Generous micheladas as well. Make sure to make a reservation!Vegetarian options: Tamales, fajitas, si hard to choose

Service is just bad, on a pretty quiet evening. Had to chase waiters for water, utensils and to order. Food was average - Combo #5 and tacos.
The food tasted very good. The food was amazing. The service was very poor and unorganized Had to ask for water multiple time. Some drinks came with alcohol and some didn't, we had to send 3 drinks back for alcohol. It took a long time to get our meals. Unfortunately I had to leave 18% and felt they only deserved 12%.I will eat there again and hope the service will be better.

Food was great! Service is by far the worst that I have experienced. Parts of everyone's meals were missing including the tortillas. Kind of hard to eat fajitas without something to put the meat on. Waiter added an 18% tip to bill. That's not right!
