This is just me, but I prefer a dark cool place to enjoy a meal especially when the summer has begun. Very delicious entree for me ☺

Simply put: cisne is solid. The food and service aren’t the best I’ve ever had but they are super consistent. Take out is as good as eating in. Menu has a decent amount of variety. The little patio is quite pleasant.
Parking: It’s a little more congested as the McDonald’s in the same lot is under construction but it’s never been a problem.

The albóndigas that they served wasn't hot.
Windows were not cleaned.
Service was disorganized, too many people trying to serve and none got the one thing we wanted, water.
I think it's good for the American customers, my American friends seem to like it! Specially the cheese crisp.
