If you are into amazing, homemade Mexican dishes, nothing fancy baked portions wonderful tasting food. Even the salsa is delicious on a scale of one to 10 I give this place a solid 8. You can’t go wrong. This is the kind of go to place also very very reasonably priced check it out. You won’t be sorry. I had the Minute special everything on the plate was amazing. My wife and guest all agreed excellent food.
Nice little Mexican restaurant downtown, close to the convention center and arena for a bite before a show. We had never been here despite this place being considered a Tucson gem. We were seated right away and the entire staff is very warm and friendly, I believe it is family owned and run. Had the house margaritas (okay), a bean chimichanga for me and Menudo for the hubs. My favorite mexican food place from growing up here. All the authentic usuals prepared well - including multiple varieties of a cheese crisp which I feel is a Tucson specialty! Great family atmosphere and service make this a nostalgic must visit for me when Im in town!
